【摘要】：正近年來,保險公司集團化經營趨勢不斷加強,在擴大保險公司發(fā)展規(guī)模的同時,也對保險公司的財務風險管理提出了挑戰(zhàn)。本文通過分析保險公司財務管理在籌資、投資、承保、理賠各環(huán)節(jié)的風險及成因,提出保險公司集團化經營的財務管理風險管控對策,希望能為保險公司集團化經營的財務風險管理提供一定的借鑒。(一)保險公司財務管理風險及成因1.籌資環(huán)節(jié)的財務管理風險根據筆者調查發(fā)現(xiàn),保險公司籌資
[Abstract]:In recent years, the trend of insurance companies' collectivization has been strengthened constantly. While expanding the scale of insurance companies' development, it has also posed a challenge to the financial risk management of insurance companies. Based on the analysis of the risks and causes of financing, investment, underwriting and claim settlement in the financial management of insurance companies, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of risk control in the financial management of insurance companies' collectivization. We hope to provide some reference for the financial risk management of insurance companies. (1) risks and causes of financial management of insurance companies 1.
