【摘要】：LTCI(Long-Term Care Insurance長期護理保險)法案實施以前日本在全國范圍內(nèi)進行了長周期、大規(guī)模和精細化的調(diào)研,創(chuàng)新建立LTCI資格認證制度,有效保障了日本LTCI制度的運行�；谌毡緟⒈Ｓ脩魳藴驶Y格認證系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新、資格認證流程管理、護理資源供需匹配機制和改革方向的分析,中國應(yīng)立足于更加稀缺的護理資源供給和大規(guī)模的護理需求資格認證現(xiàn)狀,建設(shè)以信息技術(shù)為支撐的護理資源供給配置型和需求服務(wù)型標準化資格認證系統(tǒng),使其成為中國長期護理保險資格認證制度能夠公平、高效運行的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Before the implementation of LTCI (Long-Term Care Insurance long term Care Insurance) Act, Japan carried out long period, large scale and fine investigation in the whole country, innovated and established LTCI qualification certification system, which effectively guaranteed the operation of Japanese LTCI system. Based on the innovation of standardized qualification certification system for Japanese insured users, the management of qualification certification process, the matching mechanism between supply and demand of nursing resources and the direction of reform, China should base itself on the more scarce nursing resource supply and the large-scale qualification certification of nursing demand, and build the standardized qualification certification system of nursing resource supply configuration and demand service, which is supported by information technology. Make it become the foundation that Chinese long-term nursing insurance qualification certification system can run fairly and efficiently.
