【摘要】：隨著吉林省私營中小企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位凸顯,失業(yè)保險問題逐漸成為亟待研究的問題。2013年5月,筆者隨同"吉林省私營中小企業(yè)社會保險困境調(diào)查與對策研究"課題組,對吉林省的多個縣市進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,整理出吉林省私營中小企業(yè)失業(yè)保險存在的問題及原因,最后從多角度入手,對吉林省私營中小企業(yè)失業(yè)保險提出有針對性的建議,以完善吉林省的失業(yè)保險制度。
[Abstract]:With the status of private small and medium-sized enterprises in economic development in Jilin Province, unemployment insurance has gradually become an urgent problem. In May 2013, the author accompanied by the "investigation and Countermeasures of Social Insurance Dilemma of Private small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jilin Province". A number of counties and cities in Jilin Province were investigated. According to the results of the investigation, the problems and causes of unemployment insurance for private small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province are sorted out. Finally, from various angles, the author puts forward targeted suggestions for unemployment insurance of private small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province. In order to improve the unemployment insurance system in Jilin Province.
