【摘要】：福建省持續(xù)加重的人口老齡化趨勢對城鎮(zhèn)職工養(yǎng)老保險制度產生了影響。研究發(fā)現:在將來一段時期內,福建省城鎮(zhèn)職工社會養(yǎng)老保險基金收入及支出都將呈現快速增長趨勢,但支出會大于收入;社會養(yǎng)老保險基金在經過一段時期的平衡后,會出現一定缺口�？梢栽谝韵聨讉�方面對城鎮(zhèn)職工社會養(yǎng)老保險制度進行完善:擴大城鎮(zhèn)職工社會養(yǎng)老保險制度的覆蓋面;依法做好養(yǎng)老保險費的征繳工作;將城鎮(zhèn)職工社會養(yǎng)老保險基金統(tǒng)籌級次提高到省級層面;推進養(yǎng)老保險基金信息管理系統(tǒng)建設等。
[Abstract]:The increasing trend of population aging in Fujian Province has had an impact on the old-age insurance system for urban workers. It is found that the income and expenditure of social pension insurance fund of urban workers in Fujian Province will increase rapidly in a period of time, but the expenditure will be greater than income, and the social pension fund will be balanced after a period of time. There will be a gap. It is possible to perfect the social old-age insurance system for urban workers in the following aspects: to expand the coverage of the social old-age insurance system for urban workers, to do a good job in the collection and payment of old-age insurance premiums according to law; To improve the level of social pension insurance funds for urban workers to the provincial level; to promote the construction of pension fund information management system.
