【摘要】：在社會醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的實(shí)施過程中對醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用控制的問題一直是世界各國普遍關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，我國也不例外。目前，山西省社會醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度正處于不斷完善的過程中，城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用過快增長的問題是社會醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度建設(shè)中面臨的重大問題。采取有效措施控制醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用增長過快，完善醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度，確保我國醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)順利發(fā)展。 本文首先介紹了醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)定義和我國醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度的發(fā)展歷程，，研究了山西省城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用控制的現(xiàn)狀，分析了發(fā)達(dá)國家醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用控制的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。然后，分別從醫(yī)療服務(wù)供給方與需求方入手，深入分析了影響城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用的各個(gè)重要因素，并以山西省晉中市的實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，通過相關(guān)分析建立數(shù)學(xué)模型，闡述各個(gè)因素對山西省城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用的影響程度。最后，針對山西省城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用如何合理有效控制的問題，結(jié)合對各因素影響力的分析，提出合理的建議。
[Abstract]:In the course of the implementation of social medical insurance system, the issue of medical insurance cost control has been the focus of attention all over the world, and our country is no exception. At present, the social medical insurance system in Shanxi Province is in the process of continuous improvement, the problem of the rapid growth of the basic medical insurance costs of urban workers is a major problem in the construction of social medical insurance system. Effective measures should be taken to control the excessive growth of medical insurance costs, to perfect the medical insurance system and to ensure the smooth development of medical insurance in China. This paper first introduces the definition of medical insurance and the development of medical insurance system in China, studies the current situation of basic medical insurance cost control for urban workers in Shanxi Province, and analyzes the experience and lessons of medical insurance cost control in developed countries. Then, starting with the supply side and demand side of medical service, the paper deeply analyzes the important factors that affect the basic medical insurance cost of urban workers, and takes the field investigation data of Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province as the basis. This paper establishes mathematical model through correlation analysis and expounds the influence of various factors on the basic medical insurance cost of urban workers in Shanxi province. Finally, aiming at the problem of how to control the medical insurance cost of urban workers in Shanxi province, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions based on the analysis of the influence of various factors.
