【摘要】：使用2003—201210年間的"河南省農(nóng)村住戶調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),分析河南省14個(gè)縣區(qū)的新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療實(shí)施效果。分析內(nèi)容包括:各縣區(qū)新農(nóng)合報(bào)銷開始的實(shí)際年份;大額醫(yī)療消費(fèi)水平和總體醫(yī)療消費(fèi)水平在新農(nóng)合實(shí)施前后的變化趨勢;農(nóng)戶的醫(yī)療負(fù)擔(dān)在報(bào)銷前后的比較;各縣區(qū)的實(shí)際報(bào)銷比。結(jié)論認(rèn)為:新農(nóng)合的實(shí)施提高了河南省農(nóng)戶的醫(yī)療消費(fèi)水平;鄭州市5區(qū)的醫(yī)療消費(fèi)行為和新農(nóng)合實(shí)施效果具有特殊性;總體上,實(shí)際報(bào)銷的覆蓋面仍顯不足。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Rural Household Survey in Henan Province from 2003 to 2010, the effect of new rural cooperative medical system in 14 counties of Henan Province was analyzed.The contents of the analysis include: the actual year of the beginning of Xinnong cooperative reimbursement in each county, the changing trend of large medical consumption level and overall medical consumption level before and after the implementation of NCMS, the comparison of the medical burden of farmers before and after reimbursement;The actual reimbursement ratio of each county and district.The conclusion is that the implementation of NCMS has improved the level of medical consumption of farmers in Henan province; the medical consumption behavior and the effect of NCMS in 5 districts of Zhengzhou have particularity; on the whole, the coverage of actual reimbursement is still insufficient.
