【摘要】：湖北是全國(guó)重要的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地,因歷來自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā),其農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)頗受影響。自2007年啟動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)貼試點(diǎn)以來,湖北政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展較快,為分散農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、保障農(nóng)業(yè)再生產(chǎn)提供了支撐,但目前農(nóng)戶、保險(xiǎn)公司與基層政府均各自面臨困境。文章認(rèn)為,應(yīng)通過各種措施促進(jìn)湖北農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Hubei is an important agricultural production base in China, and its agricultural production has been affected because of frequent natural disasters. Since 2007, when the pilot project of agricultural insurance subsidy was launched, Hubei policy-oriented agricultural insurance has developed rapidly, in order to spread agricultural risks. The protection of agricultural reproduction has provided support, but at present farmers, insurance companies and grass-roots governments are all faced with difficulties. This paper holds that various measures should be taken to promote the healthy and stable development of agricultural insurance in Hubei Province.
