【摘要】：在分析我國森林保險業(yè)務(wù)開展的基本流程的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞政府、保險企業(yè)和林業(yè)生產(chǎn)者等森林保險信息需求主體,在指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建基本思想和原則的指導(dǎo)下,從費率確定、投保、承保、責(zé)任與損失核定、理賠、財政補貼、保險企業(yè)經(jīng)營成果評價等方面構(gòu)建了我國森林保險統(tǒng)計指標(biāo)體系的基本框架。該框架針對不同的主體和流程,劃分為宏觀和微觀2大層次,包括基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)和計算指標(biāo)2大類具體指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the basic flow of forest insurance business in our country, this paper focuses on the main body of forest insurance information demand, such as government, insurance enterprise and forestry producer, under the guidance of the basic idea and principle of constructing index system, and determines the rate of the forest insurance information from the point of view of the government, insurance enterprise and forestry producer. The basic framework of China's forest insurance statistical index system is constructed from the aspects of insurance, underwriting, liability and loss verification, claims settlement, financial subsidies, and evaluation of the business results of insurance enterprises. The framework is aimed at different subjects and processes. It can be divided into two levels: macro and micro, including basic index and calculation index.
