【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)療水平的提高,廣大人民群眾的健康意識在不斷地增強(qiáng),朝陽的醫(yī)�；鹨�(guī)模日益增大,按照國家“以收定支,收支平衡,略有結(jié)余”的要求,如何實現(xiàn)對醫(yī)�；鸬暮侠肀O(jiān)管,使醫(yī)�；鹉軌虺袚�(dān)疾病風(fēng)險的沖擊,為廣大的參保人員提供更好地醫(yī)療服務(wù)已成為新時期醫(yī)保管理工作的重要問題。 本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)分析方法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法、SWOT分析法,首先分析了國內(nèi)外醫(yī)�；鸨O(jiān)管的現(xiàn)狀,然后研究了朝陽醫(yī)�；鸨O(jiān)管的現(xiàn)有情況,提出了符合朝陽本地實際的基金監(jiān)管方案,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法分析了新方案的可行性,最后提出了改善朝陽醫(yī)療保險基金監(jiān)管的幾點建議。 朝陽市的醫(yī)�；鸨O(jiān)管工作已日趨完善,但是仍存在著一定的風(fēng)險,本文針對朝陽醫(yī)保工作的具體情況,具體分析現(xiàn)有的風(fēng)險,分析如何通過完善基金監(jiān)管機(jī)制,達(dá)到避免風(fēng)險、合理全面監(jiān)管醫(yī)�；鸬哪康�,對朝陽醫(yī)�；鸬谋O(jiān)管機(jī)制提出自己的一些看法,為朝陽醫(yī)保工作的決策提供參考意見。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of medical treatment level, the health consciousness of the broad masses is continuously strengthened, the scale of the medical insurance fund in Chaoyang is increasing day by day, according to the request of the country "to receive and expend, balance of income and expenditure, a little balance". How to realize the reasonable supervision of the medical insurance fund, enable the medical insurance fund to bear the impact of the disease risk, and to provide better medical services for the vast number of insured personnel has become an important issue in the management of medical insurance in the new period. This paper uses the literature analysis method, the data analysis method SWOT analysis method, first analyzes the domestic and foreign medical insurance fund supervision present situation, then has studied the Chaoyang medical insurance fund supervision present situation. This paper puts forward a fund supervision scheme which accords with the actual situation of Chaoyang, analyzes the feasibility of the new scheme by using SWOT analysis method, and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the supervision of Chaoyang medical insurance fund. The supervision of medical insurance fund in Chaoyang City has become more and more perfect, but there are still some risks. This paper analyzes the existing risks according to the specific situation of Chaoyang medical insurance work. This paper analyzes how to improve the supervision mechanism of the fund to avoid risks and to supervise the medical insurance fund in a reasonable and comprehensive way, and puts forward some views on the supervision mechanism of the medical insurance fund in Chaoyang. To provide reference for the decision-making of Chaoyang medical insurance work.
