利用農(nóng)村自然資源進(jìn)行墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)的行動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:環(huán)境對幼兒的發(fā)展起著極其重要的作用,對人的發(fā)展有著潛移默化的影響,因此幼兒園把環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)作為幼兒園的工作的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,而作為幼兒園環(huán)境重要組成部分的墻面環(huán)境被稱為幼兒的”隱形課程”和“第三位老師”,而本人通過對農(nóng)村幼兒園的實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于受資金等條件的制約,農(nóng)村幼兒園環(huán)境狀況不容樂觀,尤其是幼兒園的墻面幾乎沒有進(jìn)行任何的布置,墻面沒有被很好的利用,針對于農(nóng)村幼兒園資金不足,墻面環(huán)境狀況差的事實(shí),本人決定利用農(nóng)村自然物進(jìn)行農(nóng)村幼兒園墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)的研究。 本研究選取通遼A鄉(xiāng)幼兒園為研究對象,主要采用行動(dòng)研究的方法,以研究者與教學(xué)者的雙重身份深入幼兒園進(jìn)行研究。在整個(gè)墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)活動(dòng)的實(shí)施過程中,我們確定以“在秋天里”為此次墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)活動(dòng)的主題,圍繞這個(gè)大的主題,我們以農(nóng)村的各種農(nóng)作物、蔬菜、水果、樹葉、黍草、秸稈等農(nóng)村自然資源進(jìn)行墻面創(chuàng)設(shè)活動(dòng)。通過一系列墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)活動(dòng)的開展,幼兒的想象力得到豐富,幼兒動(dòng)手操作能力得到提高,幼兒墻面創(chuàng)設(shè)意識(shí)得到加強(qiáng)。同時(shí)也培養(yǎng)幼兒感受美、欣賞美、表現(xiàn)美的能力。與此同時(shí)教師的觀念也發(fā)生很大改變,教師開始認(rèn)識(shí)自然資源的重要性,參與墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)更加積極主動(dòng)。另外教師在活動(dòng)中的角色發(fā)生改變,由原來的墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)的“執(zhí)行者”變?yōu)閴γ姝h(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)的“引導(dǎo)者”,教師更加尊重幼兒的主體性,注重幼兒的創(chuàng)造性。結(jié)合本研究的結(jié)論,,提出以下建議以期對做好幼兒園墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)活動(dòng)有所幫助:利用自然資源對不同年齡的幼兒進(jìn)行墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)的研 究;墻面環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè)要體現(xiàn)教育多重功能從幼兒的視角,讓幼兒參與環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè);盡量多的為幼兒提供充足的材料;墻面環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)要考慮幼兒自身特點(diǎn);應(yīng)將自然資源滲透到幼兒園的其它教學(xué)活動(dòng)中;應(yīng)充分挖掘家長這一重要教育資源;樹立正確的自然資源觀和行動(dòng)研究觀;教育主管部門應(yīng)增大對農(nóng)村園扶持。
[Abstract]:The environment plays an extremely important role in the development of young children and has a subtle influence on the development of human beings. Therefore, kindergarten regards the creation of environment as an important part of the work of kindergarten. While the wall environment, which is an important part of kindergarten environment, is called the "invisible curriculum" and "third teacher" of young children, I, through a field visit to rural kindergartens, found that because of the constraints of funds and other conditions, The environmental situation of rural kindergarten is not optimistic, especially the wall of kindergarten has almost no arrangement, the wall has not been well utilized, aiming at the fact that the fund of rural kindergarten is insufficient, and the environmental condition of the wall is poor. I decided to use rural natural materials to study the creation of rural kindergarten wall environment. In this study, Tongliao A Township Kindergarten is chosen as the object of study, mainly using the method of action research, and taking the double identity of researcher and educator as the double status to carry on the research in the kindergarten. Throughout the implementation of the wall environment creation campaign, we identified the theme of the campaign "in the fall" for this wall environment creation campaign. Around this big theme, we take a variety of crops, vegetables, fruits, leaves, and millet grass from the countryside. Straw and other rural natural resources for wall creation activities. Through a series of wall environment creation activities, children's imagination has been enriched, children's hands-on operation ability has been improved, and children's consciousness of wall creation has been strengthened. At the same time, it also develops the ability of young children to feel, appreciate and express beauty. At the same time, the concept of teachers has changed a lot, teachers began to understand the importance of natural resources, participate in the creation of the wall environment is more proactive. In addition, the role of teachers in the activities has changed, from "executor" created by the original wall environment to "guide" created by the wall environment, teachers have more respect for children's subjectivity and pay more attention to children's creativity. Combined with the conclusion of this study, the following suggestions are put forward in order to do a good job in creating the wall environment of kindergarten: using natural resources to study the creation of wall environment for young children of different ages; The creation of the wall environment should reflect the multiple functions of education from the perspective of young children, so that children participate in the creation of the environment; as much as possible to provide sufficient materials for young children; the creation of wall environment should consider the characteristics of young children; Natural resources should be infiltrated into other teaching activities in kindergartens; parents should be fully exploited as an important educational resource; a correct view of natural resources and action research should be set up; education authorities should increase their support to rural parks.
