【摘要】：當(dāng)前環(huán)境和空氣污染加劇,張家口市城區(qū)幼兒園的一些戶(hù)外體育運(yùn)動(dòng)受到一定的影響,不利于幼兒健康體魄的培養(yǎng),使得幼兒園不得不增加室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)來(lái)彌補(bǔ)。室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)成為了幼兒體育活動(dòng)的一項(xiàng)十分重要的內(nèi)容,能夠解決因環(huán)境、天氣、季節(jié)等原因?qū)е聭?hù)外體育活動(dòng)無(wú)法開(kāi)展問(wèn)題。同時(shí),室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)本身就是幼兒體育鍛煉的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。幼兒室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)要根據(jù)一定的教育目標(biāo)與設(shè)置,在室內(nèi)空間創(chuàng)設(shè)一定的教育條件和設(shè)施,選擇合適的運(yùn)動(dòng)器械,使幼兒通過(guò)創(chuàng)造性、表現(xiàn)性的身體運(yùn)動(dòng),滿(mǎn)足鍛煉的目的,彌補(bǔ)因場(chǎng)地條件的局限或戶(hù)外天氣不好等造成的不利因素,以此促進(jìn)幼兒的體能、智力、認(rèn)知、個(gè)性與情緒等方面和諧、健康的發(fā)展。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)幼兒園室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,同時(shí)把完善幼兒園室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、途徑和有效方法為主要尋探點(diǎn),查找幼兒園體育活動(dòng)存在的不足與影響因素,提出相應(yīng)的、有效的發(fā)展對(duì)策。不斷拓寬室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)的四維空間,并以幼兒室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)興趣培養(yǎng)和幼兒全面發(fā)展為主要探索目標(biāo),為張家口市城區(qū)幼兒園室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)模式的可操作性建設(shè)提供幫助和一定的理論指導(dǎo)。本文運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯歸納法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行分析與對(duì)比,并得出以下結(jié)論:1從整體看,張家口市城區(qū)幼兒園的室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)室數(shù)量整體偏少,使得幼兒園在下雨、下雪、寒冷或酷熱的季節(jié)或者惡劣天氣不能正常開(kāi)展體育活動(dòng),預(yù)期的體育活動(dòng)數(shù)量不得不減少和變更活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容。2省標(biāo)、市級(jí)示范園,還是一、二級(jí)幼兒園,它們?cè)谄餍祿碛械臄?shù)量上依然存在著不均衡的現(xiàn)象。3張家口市城區(qū)幼兒園體育專(zhuān)業(yè)教師人數(shù)極少和室內(nèi)體育能力方面欠缺,在一定程上影響室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)正常開(kāi)展。4從室內(nèi)體育活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、強(qiáng)度和時(shí)間等方面來(lái)看,各幼兒園的體育活動(dòng)開(kāi)展不夠充分,對(duì)幼兒的身體和心靈全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展有一定的不利影響。5把經(jīng)費(fèi)投入室內(nèi)體育場(chǎng)地建設(shè)、器材購(gòu)置、專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)與教研活動(dòng)上的幼兒園的數(shù)量很少,張家口市城區(qū)的幼兒園在經(jīng)費(fèi)投入方面存在不合理、不平衡的地方。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of environment and air pollution, some outdoor sports in kindergartens in Zhangjiakou City are affected to a certain extent, which is not conducive to the cultivation of children's health and physique, which makes kindergartens have to increase indoor sports activities to make up for them. Indoor sports activities have become a very important part of children's sports activities, which can solve the problem that outdoor sports activities cannot be carried out because of environment, weather, season and other reasons. At the same time, indoor sports itself is an important part of children's physical exercise. Children's indoor sports activities should create certain educational conditions and facilities in the indoor space according to certain educational objectives and settings, and select suitable sports equipment, so that children can satisfy the purpose of exercise through creative and expressive physical exercise. To make up for the unfavorable factors caused by the limitation of the site conditions or the bad outdoor weather, so as to promote the harmonious and healthy development of children's physical, mental, cognitive, personality and emotional aspects. This research through the kindergarten indoor sports activity present situation carries on the investigation, at the same time consummates the kindergarten indoor sports activity content, the way and the effective method as the main search point, looks for the kindergarten sports activity existence deficiency and the influence factor, Put forward the corresponding, effective development countermeasure. Constantly widening the four-dimensional space of indoor sports activities, and taking the cultivation of children's interest in indoor sports activities and all-round development of young children as the main exploration objectives. It provides help and theoretical guidance for the maneuverability construction of indoor sports activity mode of kindergarten in Zhangjiakou City. In this paper, questionnaire, literature, logical induction and mathematical statistics are used to analyze and compare, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) on the whole, the number of indoor sports activity rooms in Zhangjiakou City Kindergarten is on the whole small, and the number of indoor sports activity rooms in Zhangjiakou City Kindergarten is relatively small. As a result, kindergartens cannot carry out sports activities normally in rainy, snowy, cold or hot seasons or in bad weather, and the expected number of sports activities has to be reduced and changed in the contents of the activities. 2 provincial standards, municipal demonstration parks, or one, Secondary kindergartens, they still have imbalance in the number of equipment. 3 Zhangjiakou City, the number of kindergarten physical education professional teachers are very small and lack of indoor sports capacity, It affects the normal development of indoor sports activities in a certain way. 4 from the aspects of contents, intensity and time of indoor sports activities, the sports activities in various kindergartens are not sufficiently developed. It has a certain negative impact on the overall and coordinated development of children's body and soul. 5 the amount of funds invested in the construction of indoor sports venues, the purchase of equipment, and the number of kindergartens in professional training and teaching and research activities are very small. Zhangjiakou City Kindergarten in the investment in the unreasonable, unbalanced place.
