【摘要】：個性教育是社會發(fā)展需要復(fù)合型人才的需求,是教育者在正確的教育思想指導(dǎo)下,培養(yǎng)和強化受教育者良好的個性品質(zhì)的過程。在個性教育的基本內(nèi)容和基本環(huán)節(jié)中始終蘊含著德育教育的內(nèi)容及實踐活動。實現(xiàn)個性教育的宗旨和目的,必須在個性教育的過程中全面貫穿德育教育的實踐活動,當今德育教育的實踐活動就是要圍繞踐行社會主義核心價值觀的思想體系,展開培養(yǎng)有理想有道德有信念的一代兒童。

It is also a process for educators to cultivate and strengthen their good personality quality under the guidance of correct education thoughts.
