  職業(yè)學(xué)校作為印尼全國(guó)教育的子系統(tǒng)之一,在創(chuàng)造優(yōu)質(zhì)人力資源方面占據(jù)著戰(zhàn)略地位。因此,職業(yè)教育有望成為提高印尼人民素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)。但是,在職業(yè)教育的實(shí)施中,期望與現(xiàn)實(shí)之間的差距是一個(gè)教育專(zhuān)家和從業(yè)者始終所討論的話題。主要問(wèn)題是有關(guān)工作需求或社會(huì)需求與畢業(yè)生之間的不匹配。職業(yè)高中學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的相關(guān)因素會(huì)影響到其畢業(yè)生的質(zhì)量。作為職業(yè)學(xué)校的管理人員(校長(zhǎng)、教師和學(xué)校行政人員)必須能夠通過(guò)采取適當(dāng)有效的策略來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)所有周?chē)h(huán)境帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),從而觀察并做出反應(yīng)。職業(yè)高中的周?chē)h(huán)境對(duì)其教學(xué)運(yùn)作有極大的影響,例如職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域中的各種潛力和條件、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況、教育客戶(hù)和研究生用戶(hù)的狀況。這項(xiàng)研究強(qiáng)調(diào)了在賦予職業(yè)高中權(quán)力以準(zhǔn)備畢業(yè)生具有工作準(zhǔn)備方面的戰(zhàn)略管理,包括制定管理策略,實(shí)施管理策略,評(píng)估和控制印尼職業(yè)高中賦予權(quán)力的管理策略。該研究還研究了校長(zhǎng)作為高級(jí)管理人員的作用。這項(xiàng)研究中,主要的問(wèn)題是:(1)印尼目前在授權(quán)職業(yè)高中有哪些管理策略;(2)印尼實(shí)施職業(yè)高中的管理面臨哪些障礙。該問(wèn)題旨在找出管理策略如何增強(qiáng)印尼的職業(yè)中學(xué)能力,其中包括學(xué)校的愿景、使命、目標(biāo),運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)施、管理職能的實(shí)施以及校長(zhǎng)的職能和作用。此外,此研究將...
