【摘要】：基于湖北省人口老齡化發(fā)展形勢、養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)狀況、養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀等,對湖北地區(qū)29家養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)開展調(diào)查研究,并對結(jié)果進行分析,提出了"校企政行聯(lián)合辦學(xué),素質(zhì)教育體系整體培養(yǎng)"的人才培養(yǎng)模式。同時,按照高職教育三年學(xué)制的規(guī)律,擬定了"素質(zhì)教育體系分期進度表",為切實執(zhí)行人才培養(yǎng)方案提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the development situation of population aging in Hubei Province, the situation of old-age institutions, the development of old-age industrial chain and the present situation of the cultivation of old-age service talents, this paper investigates and studies 29 old-age institutions in Hubei area, analyzes the results, and puts forward the talent training mode of "the school, enterprise, government and bank run a school jointly and the quality education system as a whole". At the same time, according to the law of the three-year academic system of higher vocational education, the "phased schedule of quality education system" has been drawn up, which provides a reference for the practical implementation of the talent training scheme.
