【摘要】：加拿大職業(yè)教育一直走在世界前列,百年理工學(xué)院作為加拿大職業(yè)教育的一所具有代表性的高等院校,在促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展方面的模式與策略給予我們很大啟示。主要包括:政府專門化管理與學(xué)校自治相結(jié)合;入職標準與聘用標準相銜接;個體需求與學(xué)校需求相協(xié)調(diào);提升教師實踐技能與教師擔(dān)任多重角色相補充;自我反思與實踐效果相印證;個人自主發(fā)展與學(xué)習(xí)合作共同體促進相融合。
[Abstract]:The vocational education in Canada has been in the forefront of the world, and a representative institution of higher learning in the vocational education of Canada has been given us a great inspiration in promoting the development of teachers' professional development. It mainly includes: the combination of the government specialized management and the school autonomy; the connection between the induction standard and the employment standard; the coordination between the individual demand and the school demand; the improvement of the teacher's practical skills and the teacher's multi-role; the self-reflection and the practical effect confirm; The independent development of the individual and the learning and cooperation community promote the integration.
