高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理評價研究

【摘要】:近些年高等職業(yè)教育正在蓬勃發(fā)展,與普通高等教育不同的是它強調(diào)實踐育人,所培養(yǎng)的是適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線需要的高端技能型人才。校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地作為實踐育人的重要場所,其建設(shè)與管理越來越受到重視。然而在大力建設(shè)高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地同時,往往卻忽略了實訓(xùn)基地的管理工作。如何加強高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理成為擺在所有高職院校面前的重要課題。本文從高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理的角度出發(fā),運用構(gòu)建的管理評價模型,找出高職院校在實訓(xùn)基地管理上存在的問題,提出改進問題的對策,從而提高高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地的管理水平。 首先,對我國示范性高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析,找出我國高職院校普遍存在的問題。 其次,分析國外發(fā)達國家實訓(xùn)基地管理現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗,提出了對我國高職院校實訓(xùn)基地管理方面一些值得借鑒之處,為進一步建立高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理評價指標(biāo)提供參考。 第三,就河北省范圍內(nèi)的企業(yè)、高職院校發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)整理分析,建立了高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理評價指標(biāo)體系。采用層次分析法與熵技術(shù)結(jié)合的評價方法,構(gòu)建出高職院校校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理評價模型。 第四,結(jié)合秦皇島職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理情況,,驗證本文建立的校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理評價模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)該學(xué)院在校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實訓(xùn)基地管理上存在的問題并提出了改進對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education is booming. Different from ordinary higher education, it emphasizes practical education and trains high-end skilled talents who adapt to the needs of production, construction, management and service. As an important place to practice and educate people, the construction and management of the training base in the school has been paid more and more attention. However, in the construction of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges, the management of training bases is often ignored. How to strengthen the management of productive training base in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue in front of all higher vocational colleges. From the point of view of the management of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges, this paper finds out the problems existing in the management of training bases in higher vocational colleges by using the management evaluation model, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the problems, so as to improve the management level of productive training bases in higher vocational colleges. First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of the management of productive training bases in demonstration higher vocational colleges in China, and finds out the common problems in higher vocational colleges in China. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of training base management in developed countries, summarizes its successful experience, and puts forward some references for the management of training base in higher vocational colleges in China, so as to provide reference for the further establishment of management evaluation index of productive training base in higher vocational colleges. Thirdly, according to the questionnaire of enterprises and higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province, through the collation and analysis of the survey data, the management evaluation index system of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is established. By using the evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy technology, the management evaluation model of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is constructed. Fourth, combined with the management of productive training base in Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College, this paper verifies the management evaluation model of productive training base established in this paper, finds out the problems existing in the management of productive training base in Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
