【摘要】：國家示范和骨干高職院校的生源主要來自鄉(xiāng)村,學(xué)生自身學(xué)習(xí)努力程度和學(xué)習(xí)滿意程度總體較高,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)投入度、學(xué)習(xí)滿意度和能力發(fā)展等在年級間存在顯著性差異,高年級學(xué)生優(yōu)于低年級學(xué)生;不同類型院校間存在顯著性差異,國家骨干院校優(yōu)于國家示范院校;地區(qū)間存在顯著性差異,中部地區(qū)較強,東部地區(qū)次之,西部地區(qū)較弱。院校分布、生源質(zhì)量、教師投入等是影響人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的可能變量。
[Abstract]:The students of the national demonstration and backbone higher vocational colleges mainly come from the countryside, and the students' own learning effort and learning satisfaction are generally high. There are significant differences in students' learning input, learning satisfaction and ability development among the grades, and the senior students are superior to the lower grade students, and there are significant differences among different types of colleges and universities, and the national backbone colleges are superior to the national model colleges. There are significant differences among regions, the central region is stronger, the eastern region is the second, and the western region is weak. The distribution of colleges and universities, the quality of students and the input of teachers are the possible variables that affect the quality of talent training.
