【摘要】：專業(yè)設(shè)置是連接高職院校與社會的橋梁,是高職教育的核心,是探索高等職業(yè)教育規(guī)律、解決高等職業(yè)教育問題的較佳切入點。選擇高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置作為研究的主題,對于高職教育的發(fā)展具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。 本論文結(jié)合專業(yè)設(shè)置的相關(guān)理論對內(nèi)蒙古高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置進行了深入的分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的策略和建議。本文共分五個部分：首先重點介紹內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)專業(yè)設(shè)置的背景和現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了目前內(nèi)蒙古高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的特點,分析了專業(yè)設(shè)置中存在的一些問題,并進一步探討了產(chǎn)生問題的根源。然后分別從政府、學(xué)校、企業(yè)三個方面給出內(nèi)蒙古高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置的對策和建議。政府可以通過建立專業(yè)需求體系表和數(shù)據(jù)平臺、為專業(yè)設(shè)置提供保障,加強專業(yè)設(shè)置宏觀層面的管理；學(xué)校在專業(yè)調(diào)整和設(shè)立時可運用PDCA循環(huán)法和SWOT模型分析法,更科學(xué)合理的設(shè)置專業(yè)；企業(yè)方面應(yīng)積極的參與學(xué)校的專業(yè)設(shè)置,深入校企合作。最后是案例分析,結(jié)合烏海職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院專業(yè)設(shè)置情況,選擇了計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和汽車檢測與維修技術(shù)兩個專業(yè)進行個案分析,驗證了第三部分對策的可行性。 本文通過研究內(nèi)蒙古高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置,為內(nèi)蒙古高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置提供了新的思路,可以使內(nèi)蒙古高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置更加科學(xué)合理,培養(yǎng)出符合內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的高素質(zhì)技能型人才。
[Abstract]:The professional setting is the bridge that connects the higher vocational colleges and the society, is the core of the higher vocational education, is to explore the higher vocational education law and solve the problem of higher vocational education. The choice of the professional setting of higher vocational colleges as the subject of the study is of great practical significance to the development of higher vocational education. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the professional setting of the higher vocational college in Inner Mongolia with the related theories of the professional setting, and puts forward the corresponding strategy and construction. The paper is divided into five parts: firstly, the background and the present situation of the professional setting in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are introduced, the characteristics of the professional setting in the higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia are summarized, some problems in the professional setting are analyzed, and the root of the problem is further discussed. From the three aspects of the government, the school and the enterprise, the author gives the countermeasures and the construction of the professional setting of the higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia, respectively. The government can set up professional demand system and data platform, provide guarantee for the professional setting, strengthen the management of the macro-level of the professional setting, and can use the PDCA circulation method and the SWOT model analysis method in the professional adjustment and establishment, and set up a more scientific and reasonable setting up. The enterprise should be actively involved in the professional setting of the school, and be in-depth with the school-enterprise In the end, the case analysis, combined with the professional setting of Wuhai Vocational and Technical College, selected the computer network technology and the vehicle detection and maintenance technology to carry out case analysis, and verified the feasibility of the third part of the countermeasures. This paper, through the study of the professional setting of the higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia, provides a new way of thinking for the professional setting of the higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia, which can make the professional setting of the higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia be more scientific and reasonable, and train the high-quality skills that meet the needs of the economic development of Inner Mongolia
