【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是提高勞動者素質(zhì)的重要途徑,加強(qiáng)"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是推進(jìn)我國現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育快速發(fā)展的重要舉措之一。通過問卷、訪談的調(diào)查方式,分析"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問題,并從不同的角度進(jìn)行思考,提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important way to improve the quality of labourers. It is one of the important measures to promote the rapid development of modern vocational education in China to strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers. By means of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers, and puts forward some suggestions from different angles.
