高職院?萍紕(chuàng)新效率評(píng)價(jià)及影響因素的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:第一階段使用SE-DEA模型對(duì)25所全國(guó)優(yōu)秀高職院校2015年科技創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出各高職院?萍紕(chuàng)新效率排名,其中有7所院校科技投入與產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)達(dá)到DEA有效。第二階段將第一階段的科技創(chuàng)新效率的評(píng)價(jià)值作為自變量,將可能產(chǎn)生影響的因素作為因變量建立Tobit模型,分析影響科技創(chuàng)新效率的重要因素。研究結(jié)果表明,教科研人員中科學(xué)家及工程師所占的比重、課題項(xiàng)目中投入人員及經(jīng)費(fèi)占教科研人員及經(jīng)費(fèi)撥入總數(shù)的比重對(duì)高職院?萍紕(chuàng)新效率的影響較大。
[Abstract]:In the first stage, the SE-DEA model was used to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of 25 excellent national higher vocational colleges in 2015, and the ranking of the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of each higher vocational college was obtained. Among them, 7 colleges reached the DEA effective index of scientific and technological input and output. In the second stage, the evaluation value of the scientific and technological innovation efficiency in the first stage is regarded as the independent variable, and the factors that may affect the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation are used as dependent variables to establish the Tobit model to analyze the important factors affecting the scientific and technological innovation efficiency. The results show that the proportion of scientists and engineers in the teaching and research personnel, the proportion of the input personnel and funds in the project projects to the total amount of scientific and technological innovation in higher vocational colleges and universities has a great influence on the efficiency of science and technology innovation in higher vocational colleges.
