高職院校教育質(zhì)量過(guò)程管理研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育取得了迅猛的發(fā)展,由于受到普通高等學(xué)校管理模式和傳統(tǒng)的辦學(xué)模式的影響,高職院校以理論知識(shí)的掌握作為教學(xué)的根本追求目標(biāo),容易忽視教師及學(xué)生的個(gè)性及差異性特征,忽視動(dòng)態(tài)的教學(xué)互動(dòng)和各種教學(xué)過(guò)程要素的綜合運(yùn)用,在辦學(xué)過(guò)程中沒(méi)能夠充分地突出高職教育的特色。同時(shí),高職院校只注重結(jié)果,而忽視事前、事中控制力的傳統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)不能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量良好的監(jiān)控。隨著對(duì)人類學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的認(rèn)識(shí)不斷深入,教學(xué)過(guò)程不再是“黑盒子”問(wèn)題。教師的教、學(xué)生的學(xué)以及師生之間的互動(dòng)對(duì)教學(xué)結(jié)果的影響已經(jīng)成為教育界的共識(shí),F(xiàn)代管理注重結(jié)果和創(chuàng)造價(jià)值,但是價(jià)值的創(chuàng)造不是一蹴而就的,有一個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程,而過(guò)程的管理幾乎涵蓋了組織的各種活動(dòng),因此高職院校的管理必須面向過(guò)程,只有立足于過(guò)程的管理,才能有效地追求卓越的績(jī)效。高職院校的管理有必要建立質(zhì)量過(guò)程管理體系,因?yàn)橐雽?shí)現(xiàn)教育的目標(biāo),就離不開(kāi)有效的管理。有效的管理不僅能形成良好的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)秩序,而且它是通過(guò)各個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的有機(jī)結(jié)合達(dá)到培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的重要條件。 文章對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無(wú)公認(rèn)的、科學(xué)的高校教學(xué)過(guò)程質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范進(jìn)行了研究,總結(jié)出我國(guó)高職院校的教學(xué)管理特點(diǎn),及教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障體系中存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合紫瑯學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理體系的構(gòu)建實(shí)際,來(lái)分析如何將過(guò)程管理的理念與方法運(yùn)用于實(shí)際的教育質(zhì)量管理之中,試探從過(guò)程管理的角度來(lái)分析高職院校教學(xué)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,從而為高職院校教學(xué)過(guò)程管理及教學(xué)質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和有效的評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù)。最后通過(guò)理論工作與實(shí)證分析的相互結(jié)合得到論文分析的最終結(jié)論。通過(guò)健全教學(xué)質(zhì)量制度,規(guī)范教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理;建立教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控制度系統(tǒng),建立教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),全員參與教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的措施,達(dá)到通過(guò)保障教學(xué)過(guò)程質(zhì)量來(lái)保障教育結(jié)果質(zhì)量的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational and technical education has made rapid development. Because of the influence of the management mode of ordinary colleges and universities and the traditional mode of running schools, the basic goal of teaching in higher vocational colleges is to master the theoretical knowledge. It is easy to ignore the personality and difference characteristics of teachers and students, the dynamic interaction of teaching and the comprehensive use of various elements of teaching process, and fails to fully highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education in the process of running a school. At the same time, the higher vocational colleges only pay attention to the results, but ignore the advance, the traditional evaluation of the control ability in the matter can not achieve good monitoring of the quality of education and teaching. With the deepening of the understanding of human learning process, the teaching process is no longer a "black box" problem. The influence of teachers' teaching, students' learning and the interaction between teachers and students on the teaching results has become the consensus of the educational circles. Modern management pays attention to results and creates value, but the creation of value is not achieved overnight, there is a process of realization, and the management of process almost covers all kinds of activities of the organization, so the management of higher vocational colleges must face the process. Only based on process management, can we effectively pursue outstanding performance. It is necessary to establish a quality process management system in higher vocational colleges, because effective management is indispensable to achieve the goal of education. Effective management can not only form a good order of learning activities, but also is an important condition to achieve the training goal through the organic combination of various teaching links. This paper studies the scientific standards of teaching process quality management which are not recognized at home and abroad, and summarizes the characteristics of teaching management in higher vocational colleges in China, as well as the problems existing in the teaching quality assurance system. Combined with the practice of the construction of the teaching quality management system in Zilang School, this paper analyzes how to apply the concept and method of process management to the actual quality management of education. In order to provide scientific basis and effective evaluation basis for the continuous improvement of teaching process management and teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, the problems in the teaching process of higher vocational colleges are analyzed from the point of view of process management. Finally, through the combination of theoretical work and empirical analysis, the final conclusion of the paper is obtained. Through perfecting the teaching quality system, standardizing the teaching link, carrying out the total quality management; Establish the teaching quality monitoring system, establish the teaching quality evaluation system, all the staff participate in the teaching quality monitoring measures to ensure the quality of educational results by ensuring the quality of the teaching process.
