五年制高職學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育研究

【摘要】:五年制高職教育是我國高等職業(yè)教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,而這種新的教育模式仍處于摸索與不斷完善階段。對高職生進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,關(guān)系到高職學(xué)生的前途和命運(yùn),使其適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的需要,,提升其生存能力,并且關(guān)系到高職院校的就業(yè)率和就業(yè)質(zhì)量的提高。五年制高職學(xué)生正處于職業(yè)生涯的探索階段,這一階段對職業(yè)的選擇對個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展有著重要意義,因此五年制高職學(xué)校有必要承擔(dān)起對學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和教育的任務(wù)。但由于五年制高職教育產(chǎn)生的時(shí)間比較短,因此對五年制高職的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的研究非常匾乏。 本文以相關(guān)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育理論為指導(dǎo),以五年制高職院校學(xué)生為主要研究對象,采取理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法等分析方法,針對五年制高職學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了具有實(shí)踐性的研究。本文首先對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的相關(guān)概念和理論加以介紹,在此基礎(chǔ)上特別針對五年制高職教育的形式和對五年制高職學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的意義和特殊性進(jìn)行了闡述;然后用問卷調(diào)查的方法對五年制學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對數(shù)據(jù)顯示的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行探討,提出具有實(shí)踐意義的改進(jìn)方法和措施,并從學(xué)生個(gè)人、高校和社會層面三個(gè)角度提出了五年制高職院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育體系的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Five-year higher vocational education is an important part of higher vocational education in China, and this new mode of education is still in the exploration and continuous improvement stage. The career planning education for higher vocational students is related to the future and destiny of higher vocational students, so that they can adapt to the needs of the development of modern society, improve their survival ability, and have a bearing on the improvement of employment rate and employment quality in higher vocational colleges. The five-year vocational college students are in the exploration stage of their career, which is of great significance to the development of their personal career. Therefore, it is necessary for five-year vocational schools to undertake the task of designing and educating students' career planning. However, the research on career planning education of five-year higher vocational education is very lacking because of the short time of the birth of five-year vocational education. Under the guidance of the relevant theory of career planning and education, this paper takes the five-year vocational college students as the main research object, and adopts the analytical methods such as integrating theory with practice, literature method, questionnaire survey method and so on. According to the characteristics of five-year vocational college students' career planning, a practical study is carried out. First of all, this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of career planning, especially on the form of five-year higher vocational education and the significance and particularity of five-year vocational college students' career planning education. Then with the method of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis of the five-year students, the present situation and problems of data display are discussed, and the improvement methods and measures of practical significance are put forward, and from the students' individual, This paper puts forward the construction of career planning education system in five-year higher vocational colleges from three aspects: college and society.
