【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)反映了高校由政府主導(dǎo)向自我管理與發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和必然要求�！秶抑虚L期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》《全面推進(jìn)依法治校實(shí)施綱要》《國家十三五規(guī)劃綱要》等文件都對(duì)"推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè),完善學(xué)校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)"做了相應(yīng)規(guī)定。與此同時(shí),包括《高等學(xué)校章程制度暫行辦法》《高等學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)規(guī)程》《普通高等學(xué)校理事會(huì)規(guī)程(試行)》《關(guān)于堅(jiān)持和完善普通高等學(xué)校黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的校長負(fù)責(zé)制的實(shí)施
[Abstract]:The institutional construction of modern universities reflects the trend and inevitable requirements of the government-led to self-management and development of colleges and universities. The outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) > promoting the implementation of administering Schools according to Law in an all-round way The outline, the outline of the 13th five-year Plan of the State, and other documents "promote the construction of a modern university system," Improve the internal governance structure of the school "made the corresponding provisions."
