【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的德育模式，更多側(cè)重于學(xué)校的教育，教育形式及教育內(nèi)容比較單一，評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也比較統(tǒng)一。但隨著校企合作的深入開(kāi)展，如何緊跟當(dāng)前形勢(shì)，滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)對(duì)技能型人才的需求，這就要求中職學(xué)校在原有德育模式的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性研究。筆者根據(jù)多年的德育工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，構(gòu)建了具有“琢玉”特色的“6421”德育模式，變學(xué)校德育封閉式為開(kāi)放式，使每一位職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)老師教育后，具有較高的職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)，，成為企業(yè)需求的技能型人才。
[Abstract]:The traditional moral education mode is more focused on the school education, the form and content of education is relatively single, and the evaluation standard of students is also relatively unified. However, with the further development of school-enterprise cooperation, how to keep up with the current situation and meet the needs of the society for skilled talents requires secondary vocational schools to carry out innovative research on the basis of the original moral education model. On the basis of many years' experience in moral education, the author constructs the "6421" moral education model with the characteristics of "Zhuoyu", changes the closed moral education in schools into an open one, and makes every student in a vocational school go through the teacher's education. Has the higher professional ethics accomplishment, becomes the enterprise demand skill type talented person.
