【摘要】：近年來，我國對(duì)于高職院校職業(yè)教育的仿真模擬實(shí)訓(xùn)研究較多，對(duì)于教學(xué)工廠、教學(xué)公司等模式的實(shí)踐教學(xué)也有涉獵，但對(duì)其模式的研究不多，而對(duì)于經(jīng)管類教學(xué)工廠或教學(xué)公司模式的研究就更少。 從專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)方面來看，高職院校經(jīng)管類專業(yè)存在一定的問題，即校內(nèi)實(shí)踐體系不成熟，只是局限于仿真模擬，校外實(shí)訓(xùn)過于形式，學(xué)生到企業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)往往只能掌握企業(yè)管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理的邊緣化知識(shí)。所以，高職院校應(yīng)依據(jù)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、高技能人才和工學(xué)結(jié)合的理念，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生專業(yè)的感性認(rèn)知，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐技能，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合化職業(yè)素質(zhì)，打造有實(shí)際意義的經(jīng)管類專業(yè)教學(xué)實(shí)踐模式。 從人才需求方面來看，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的加劇和經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，各企業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)管類人才的需求急劇上升，但現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中卻存在“學(xué)生找不到合適工作，企業(yè)找不到合適學(xué)生”的尷尬現(xiàn)象。所以高職院校必須明確界定本校經(jīng)管類專業(yè)人才目標(biāo)，不能完全按照本科院校的模式培養(yǎng)，要有高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的特色，重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生動(dòng)手能力。 本文旨在分析和研究國內(nèi)高職院校經(jīng)管類教學(xué)公司發(fā)展模式的背景、動(dòng)態(tài)、理論、類型以及應(yīng)用實(shí)施。通過分析和研究，探索出適合高職院校經(jīng)管類教學(xué)公司運(yùn)行的基本模式，在吸取德國“雙元制”理論的經(jīng)驗(yàn)上，結(jié)合工學(xué)結(jié)合的課程體系、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)能力等方面，把以往傳統(tǒng)的、手工式的教育教學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檎鎸?shí)性的生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)，從而提高高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)技術(shù)能力、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)能力和就業(yè)競爭能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the simulation and simulation training of vocational education in higher vocational colleges is more and more, and the practice teaching of the teaching factory and the teaching company is also involved, but the research of the model is not much, and the research on the mode of the teaching factory or the teaching company is less. From the aspect of the talent demand, with the increasing of the economic globalization and the rapid development of the economy, the demand of the enterprises to the management of the talent has risen sharply, but there is a real "The student can't find the right job, and the enterprise can't find the right student" in the real life. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges must clearly define the target of the professional talents of the school, and can not be fully trained according to the mode of the undergraduate colleges. In order to have the characteristics of the personnel training of higher vocational colleges, the practice teaching should be paid attention to, and the students' movement is emphasized. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the background, dynamics, theory and type of the development model of the school-class teaching companies in higher vocational colleges and universities. Through the analysis and research, the basic mode suitable for the operation of the school-class teaching company in higher vocational colleges is explored, and the experience of the German "two-element system" theory is drawn.
