職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的策略研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中,傳統(tǒng)的教育模式也逐漸向新的教育模式轉(zhuǎn)型。這種疊加的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制使得教育的發(fā)展不僅受到計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的羈絆,,同時(shí)又遭受市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊,并且在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)價(jià)值觀多元化、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化等等問(wèn)題也影響了教育的發(fā)展。作為現(xiàn)代教育重要內(nèi)容的職業(yè)教育也無(wú)法避免地受到上述因素的影響。 政府對(duì)職教集團(tuán)的支持是在實(shí)踐中通過(guò)觀察、評(píng)價(jià)、考核、研究等基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,這符合科學(xué)規(guī)律,目前各地政府對(duì)于職業(yè)教育的支持主要還是指導(dǎo)性的,有些政府對(duì)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)的組建、運(yùn)行提出了原則性的要求,但大多缺乏具體的可操作的辦法。但實(shí)質(zhì)上的支持還需要職教集團(tuán)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和規(guī)范。課題的研究對(duì)于集團(tuán)進(jìn)一步的規(guī)范化起到促進(jìn)作用,有利于營(yíng)造良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境。 職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化是職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化的一個(gè)重要發(fā)展模式。只有明確了發(fā)展路徑,才能夠推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。 文章主要從以下幾個(gè)部分進(jìn)行分析和闡述: 第一部分主要介紹課題研究的背景和研究的主題。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外研究現(xiàn)狀的梳理以及我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題的分析,指出職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化的意義和目的。 第二部分主要梳理了課題研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分介紹了職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的策略。 第四部分對(duì)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的策略進(jìn)行分析。 第五部分對(duì)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化發(fā)展的策略提出改進(jìn)和完善的建議 第六部分基于全文的邏輯分析和闡述作總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:During the transition from planned economy to market economy in China, the traditional education mode has gradually changed to a new one. This superimposed economic system makes the development of education not only bound by the planned economy system, but also subjected to the impact of the market economy, and the diversification of social values produced in the process of economic and social transformation. Global economic integration and other issues have also affected the development of education. Vocational education, as an important part of modern education, is inevitably influenced by the above factors. The government's support for vocational education groups is carried out on the basis of observation, evaluation, assessment and research in practice, which is in line with the scientific law. At present, local governments' support for vocational education is still mainly guided. Some governments put forward principled requirements for the formation and operation of vocational education groups, but most of them lack specific operational methods. But the substantial support also needs the further development and the norm of the vocational education group. The study of the subject promotes the further standardization of the group and helps to create a good development environment. The collectivization of vocational education is an important development mode of the modernization of vocational education. Only clear the development path, can promote the innovation development of vocational education group. The first part mainly introduces the background and theme of the research. This paper points out the significance and purpose of the collectivization of vocational education by combing the status quo of foreign research and analyzing the problems in the development of vocational education in China. The second part mainly combs the theoretical basis of the research. The third part introduces the development strategy of vocational education collectivization. The fourth part analyzes the strategy of the development of vocational education collectivization. The fifth part puts forward the suggestion to improve and perfect the development strategy of vocational education collectivization. The sixth part summarizes the logical analysis and elaboration based on the full text.
