【摘要】：洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院是2011年經(jīng)河南省人民政府批準、教育部備案的由一所成人高等院校（洛陽市職工科技學院）、一所國家級重點中專（洛陽市衛(wèi)生學校）和一所國家級重點技校（洛陽市高級技工學校）合并而成的普通高等職業(yè)院校。洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院的校園文化是一個復(fù)雜的開放的多元并存的系統(tǒng)，必須通過整體性的設(shè)計和規(guī)劃，有計劃、有組織、系統(tǒng)性的進行校園文化建設(shè)。 論文具體分析了洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)問題，全文共分為四個部分。第一部分主要是對洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)的背景情況以及國內(nèi)外校園文化研究的動向加以論述；第二部分是針對洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)過程中所涉及到的相關(guān)理論進行概述，深入理解其校園文化建設(shè)在理論方面的重大意義；第三部分對洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)中物質(zhì)文化、制度文化、精神文化以及行為文化四個方面出現(xiàn)問題及其原因進行剖析，全面了解洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)中遇到的各種問題；第四部分則對洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)存在的問題提出了針對性強的具體對策，樹立正確的思想意識。在物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)方面打造更美麗的校園，，在制度文化方面建設(shè)更人性化的校園，在精神文化方面，不斷引領(lǐng)校園文化的發(fā)展，并通過行為文化的建設(shè)，引領(lǐng)和諧校園的形成，從而促進校園文化的良性溝通和深度融合，加快洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化建設(shè)。本文的探討將有助于三所院校的文化更好的融合，推動洛陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學院校園文化更健康有序的建設(shè)和發(fā)展；同時也拋磚引玉，為我國高等院校在未來為更好的發(fā)展而進行的合并重組及校園文化建設(shè)提供借鑒，因而具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Luoyang Vocational and Technical College was approved by the people's Government of Henan Province in 2011 and registered by the Ministry of Education as an adult college (Luoyang Institute of Workers' Science and Technology). A national key technical secondary school (Luoyang Health School) and a national key technical school (Luoyang Advanced Technical School) to form a general vocational college. The campus culture of Luoyang Vocational and Technical College is a complicated and open multi-element co-existence system. The campus culture construction must be carried out systematically through the overall design and planning, planned, organized and systematic. This paper analyzes the construction of campus culture in Luoyang Vocational and Technical College, which is divided into four parts. The first part mainly discusses the background of campus culture construction in Luoyang Vocational and Technical College and the trend of campus culture research at home and abroad. The second part summarizes the related theories involved in the construction of campus culture of Luoyang Vocational and Technical College, and deeply understands the great significance of the construction of campus culture in theory. The third part analyzes the problems and reasons in the construction of campus culture in Luoyang Vocational and Technical College in four aspects: material culture, system culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture. Fully understand the problems encountered in the construction of campus culture in Luoyang Vocational and Technical College; The fourth part puts forward the specific countermeasures to the problems existing in the campus culture construction of Luoyang Vocational and Technical College, and sets up the correct ideology. To build a more beautiful campus in material culture construction, to build a more humanized campus in system culture, to lead the development of campus culture in spirit and culture, and to lead the formation of harmonious campus through the construction of behavior culture, So as to promote the benign communication and deep fusion of campus culture, accelerate the construction of campus culture of Luoyang Vocational and Technical College. The discussion in this paper will contribute to the better integration of the culture of the three universities and promote the healthy and orderly construction and development of the campus culture of Luoyang Vocational and Technical College. At the same time, it provides reference for the combination and reorganization of colleges and universities in our country for better development in the future and the construction of campus culture, so it has certain theoretical and practical significance.
