【摘要】：高職院校成立董事會(huì)是落實(shí)國(guó)家教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要的要求,是產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的好方式。闡述了高職院校成立董事會(huì)的理論基礎(chǔ),理清了高職院校董事會(huì)現(xiàn)行的運(yùn)作形式,分析了高職院校董事會(huì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問(wèn)題,提出了高職院校董事會(huì)健康運(yùn)行的建議與措施。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the board of directors in higher vocational colleges is the requirement to implement the outline of national educational reform and development planning, and is a good way to combine industry, university and research. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the establishment of the board of directors in higher vocational colleges, clarifies the current operating forms of the board of directors in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of the board of directors in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the healthy operation of the board of directors of higher vocational colleges.
