【摘要】：自信是一個人成功的基本條件,而高職院校學生普遍存在自信心缺乏的問題,特別是在目前就業(yè)壓力緊張的形勢下,如何進一步增強學生的自信心顯得尤為重要。文章從分析高職院校學生自信心重要性、缺失原因及培養(yǎng)途徑三方面入手,針對現(xiàn)實存在的問題,找出解決措施,以實現(xiàn)學生成長成才、促進我國高職院校教育更好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Self-confidence is the basic condition of a person's success, and the lack of self-confidence exists generally among the students in higher vocational colleges, especially in the current situation of tight employment pressure, how to further enhance the students' self-confidence is particularly important. Based on the analysis of the importance of students' confidence in higher vocational colleges, the reasons for lack of self-confidence and the ways of cultivation, this paper tries to find out the solutions to the existing problems in order to realize the growth of students and to promote the better development of higher vocational education in China.
