高職院校實踐教學績效評價方法及應用研究

【摘要】:當前我國大量需要能在一線進行生產、管理的技能型人才,肩負該類型技能型人才培養(yǎng)任務的高職院校的職業(yè)教育越來越受到國家、社會的重視。而高職院校要發(fā)展就必須增強和改進包括高職實踐教學在內的高職教學的環(huán)境、條件,特別是質量的各個方面,這樣才能為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)更多合格的人才。 同時,對作為高職教學的重要組成部分的高職實踐教學的評價的研究為高職實踐教學的發(fā)展和完善指明了方向。高職院校為不斷改善實踐教學的環(huán)境和條件和逐步對實踐教學的整體質量進行提高,構建能夠給實踐教學質量的改進和完善提供一個綜合、全面的信息反饋的平臺和路徑的實踐教學評價體系是十分必要的。實踐教學的評價體系的建立也可以為上級部門對實踐教學的整體質量進行科學合理有效的評估提供參考。 本文圍繞高職實踐教學績效評價體系的構建的研究在收集了大量的文獻資料和拜訪了相關專家老師之后,分析描述了高職構建實踐教學績效評價體系的研究意義和目的;在進行了資料收集分析總結后,分析了研究和構建一般高職類學校實踐學習效果評估的理論基礎、必要性;了解和概括了一般高職類學校實踐學習和教學的現狀并詳細分析其存在的問題以及詳細解析了所產生的問題的成因;著手構建一般高職類學校實踐學習效果評估并做了以下的基礎鋪墊:針對評價指標,確定其的選取標準、明確其的目標與定位、構建相應的指標體系,并在此過程中,本研究運用了因子分析和權值因子判別表法的方法對影響體系的因素進行了數據統(tǒng)計分析和賦予權值;運用一般情形下高職實踐教學績效評價體系的構建模式對四川工程職業(yè)技術學院的實踐教學評價體系的建立進行了應用分析,描述了其實踐教學的現狀和主要存在的問題,針對該校提出了改善實踐教學質量的建議;描述了本文對實踐教學評價的研究的不足并指出了對其后續(xù)研究的途徑和角度。 本文運用因子分析和權值因子判別表法的方法對影響體系的因素進行了數據統(tǒng)計分析和賦予權值,強化了影響體系的因素的考察,把體系的構建盡量做細、做深。
[Abstract]:At present, a large number of skilled talents who can produce and manage in front line are needed in our country. Vocational education in higher vocational colleges, which shoulder the task of cultivating skilled talents of this type, has been paid more and more attention by the state and society. In order to develop higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strengthen and improve the environment and conditions of higher vocational teaching, including practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, especially in all aspects of quality, so as to train more qualified talents for enterprises. At the same time, the research on the evaluation of practical teaching in higher vocational education, as an important part of higher vocational education, points out the direction for the development and perfection of practical teaching in higher vocational education. In order to continuously improve the environment and conditions of practical teaching and gradually improve the overall quality of practical teaching, higher vocational colleges can provide a synthesis for the improvement and perfection of practical teaching quality. Comprehensive information feedback platform and path of practical teaching evaluation system is very necessary. The establishment of the evaluation system of practical teaching can also provide reference for the scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation of the overall quality of practical teaching by higher-level departments. This paper focuses on the construction of practical teaching performance evaluation system in higher vocational education. After collecting a large number of literature materials and visiting relevant experts and teachers, this paper analyzes and describes the research significance and purpose of constructing practical teaching performance evaluation system in higher vocational education. After a summary of data collection and analysis, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity of studying and constructing the evaluation of practical learning effect in general higher vocational schools. The present situation of practical learning and teaching in general higher vocational schools is understood and summarized, and the existing problems are analyzed in detail, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail. This paper begins to construct the evaluation of practical learning effect of general higher vocational schools and makes the following foundation: according to the evaluation index, determine its selection criteria, clarify its goal and orientation, construct the corresponding index system, and in the process of the evaluation, establish the corresponding index system, and in the process of the evaluation, we can set up the corresponding index system. In this study, the methods of factor analysis and weight factor discriminant table are used to analyze and assign weights to the factors that affect the system. By using the construction mode of practical teaching performance evaluation system in higher vocational colleges under general circumstances, this paper analyzes the application and analysis of the establishment of practical teaching evaluation system in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Engineering, and describes the present situation and main problems of practical teaching in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Engineering. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of practical teaching in this school. This paper describes the deficiency of the research on the evaluation of practical teaching and points out the way and angle of the follow-up research. In this paper, the method of factor analysis and weight factor discriminant table method is used to analyze and assign weights to the factors affecting the system, which strengthens the investigation of the factors affecting the system, and makes the construction of the system as detailed and deep as possible.
