高職院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)績效評(píng)價(jià)方法及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國大量需要能在一線進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)、管理的技能型人才,肩負(fù)該類型技能型人才培養(yǎng)任務(wù)的高職院校的職業(yè)教育越來越受到國家、社會(huì)的重視。而高職院校要發(fā)展就必須增強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)包括高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)在內(nèi)的高職教學(xué)的環(huán)境、條件,特別是質(zhì)量的各個(gè)方面,這樣才能為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)更多合格的人才。 同時(shí),對(duì)作為高職教學(xué)的重要組成部分的高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)的研究為高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的發(fā)展和完善指明了方向。高職院校為不斷改善實(shí)踐教學(xué)的環(huán)境和條件和逐步對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的整體質(zhì)量進(jìn)行提高,構(gòu)建能夠給實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量的改進(jìn)和完善提供一個(gè)綜合、全面的信息反饋的平臺(tái)和路徑的實(shí)踐教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系是十分必要的。實(shí)踐教學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立也可以為上級(jí)部門對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的整體質(zhì)量進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理有效的評(píng)估提供參考。 本文圍繞高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)績效評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建的研究在收集了大量的文獻(xiàn)資料和拜訪了相關(guān)專家老師之后,分析描述了高職構(gòu)建實(shí)踐教學(xué)績效評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究意義和目的;在進(jìn)行了資料收集分析總結(jié)后,分析了研究和構(gòu)建一般高職類學(xué)校實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)效果評(píng)估的理論基礎(chǔ)、必要性;了解和概括了一般高職類學(xué)校實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀并詳細(xì)分析其存在的問題以及詳細(xì)解析了所產(chǎn)生的問題的成因;著手構(gòu)建一般高職類學(xué)校實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)效果評(píng)估并做了以下的基礎(chǔ)鋪墊:針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),確定其的選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、明確其的目標(biāo)與定位、構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)體系,并在此過程中,本研究運(yùn)用了因子分析和權(quán)值因子判別表法的方法對(duì)影響體系的因素進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和賦予權(quán)值;運(yùn)用一般情形下高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)績效評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建模式對(duì)四川工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的實(shí)踐教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用分析,描述了其實(shí)踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀和主要存在的問題,針對(duì)該校提出了改善實(shí)踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量的建議;描述了本文對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的研究的不足并指出了對(duì)其后續(xù)研究的途徑和角度。 本文運(yùn)用因子分析和權(quán)值因子判別表法的方法對(duì)影響體系的因素進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和賦予權(quán)值,強(qiáng)化了影響體系的因素的考察,把體系的構(gòu)建盡量做細(xì)、做深。
[Abstract]:At present, a large number of skilled talents who can produce and manage in front line are needed in our country. Vocational education in higher vocational colleges, which shoulder the task of cultivating skilled talents of this type, has been paid more and more attention by the state and society. In order to develop higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strengthen and improve the environment and conditions of higher vocational teaching, including practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, especially in all aspects of quality, so as to train more qualified talents for enterprises. At the same time, the research on the evaluation of practical teaching in higher vocational education, as an important part of higher vocational education, points out the direction for the development and perfection of practical teaching in higher vocational education. In order to continuously improve the environment and conditions of practical teaching and gradually improve the overall quality of practical teaching, higher vocational colleges can provide a synthesis for the improvement and perfection of practical teaching quality. Comprehensive information feedback platform and path of practical teaching evaluation system is very necessary. The establishment of the evaluation system of practical teaching can also provide reference for the scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation of the overall quality of practical teaching by higher-level departments. This paper focuses on the construction of practical teaching performance evaluation system in higher vocational education. After collecting a large number of literature materials and visiting relevant experts and teachers, this paper analyzes and describes the research significance and purpose of constructing practical teaching performance evaluation system in higher vocational education. After a summary of data collection and analysis, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity of studying and constructing the evaluation of practical learning effect in general higher vocational schools. The present situation of practical learning and teaching in general higher vocational schools is understood and summarized, and the existing problems are analyzed in detail, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail. This paper begins to construct the evaluation of practical learning effect of general higher vocational schools and makes the following foundation: according to the evaluation index, determine its selection criteria, clarify its goal and orientation, construct the corresponding index system, and in the process of the evaluation, establish the corresponding index system, and in the process of the evaluation, we can set up the corresponding index system. In this study, the methods of factor analysis and weight factor discriminant table are used to analyze and assign weights to the factors that affect the system. By using the construction mode of practical teaching performance evaluation system in higher vocational colleges under general circumstances, this paper analyzes the application and analysis of the establishment of practical teaching evaluation system in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Engineering, and describes the present situation and main problems of practical teaching in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Engineering. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of practical teaching in this school. This paper describes the deficiency of the research on the evaluation of practical teaching and points out the way and angle of the follow-up research. In this paper, the method of factor analysis and weight factor discriminant table method is used to analyze and assign weights to the factors affecting the system, which strengthens the investigation of the factors affecting the system, and makes the construction of the system as detailed and deep as possible.
