昆明市民辦中職衛(wèi)校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與路徑探索
[Abstract]:The opinions of the State Council on strengthening the Construction of Teachers' ranks and the Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools clearly put forward the need to improve the standard system for teachers' professional development and put forward higher requirements for teachers' professional development. Is also the secondary vocational school teachers have to face a serious issue. At present, private secondary vocational health schools are run by the people, medical schools, teachers have their own unique characteristics, but few researchers study. In this study, the basic situation of the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools was investigated and some problems were found in four private secondary vocational schools in Kunming. By using the questionnaire of Teachers' Professional Development in Kunming Secondary Vocational School, the author investigated the professional development of teachers in four private secondary vocational health schools in Kunming City, and found that all the dimensions of professional development of teachers in four private secondary vocational health schools in Kunming were up to the standard level. One-way variance analysis was carried out on age, teaching age, academic background, workload, monthly income, the nature of graduate schools, training and scientific research experience in the past year, and "double-teacher" teachers. Comparing the professional development level of teachers with different characteristics, it is found that the professional concept and the dimension of teachers' ethics are mainly influenced by the teachers' age, teaching age, academic background and workload, whether they are "double teachers" or not. The dimension of professional knowledge is mainly influenced by the teachers' age, teaching age, academic background, the nature of graduation colleges and universities, training, whether or not "double-teacher" teachers, and the factors of scientific research experience; The dimensions of professional competence are mainly influenced by teachers' age, teaching age, the nature of graduate colleges and universities, training, whether or not "double-qualified" teachers, and the factors of scientific research experience. Finally, in view of the current situation of teachers' professional development in four private secondary vocational health schools in Kunming, this study suggests that teachers' professional quality should be improved at the level of individual teachers and organizations.
