【摘要】：工匠精神內(nèi)涵是職業(yè)素養(yǎng),表現(xiàn)在從業(yè)人員對品質(zhì)的追求。在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型中,國家為了培育高素質(zhì)高技能人才開始了現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的試點(diǎn)。追蹤溯源,工匠精神和現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制存在著密切聯(lián)系,通過現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制中規(guī)范的制度、"雙師型"教師的影響、校企文化的融合的有效方式來塑造工匠精神,培育具有工匠精神的人才,促進(jìn)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:Craftsman spirit connotation is professional accomplishment, performance in the pursuit of quality of employees. In the process of economic transformation, in order to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents, the state began the pilot of modern apprenticeship system. Tracing the origin, the craftsman spirit and the modern apprenticeship system have close connection, through the modern apprenticeship system normative system, the "double-master" teacher's influence, the school-enterprise culture fusion effective way to shape the craftsman spirit, Cultivate craftsman spirit of talent, promote China's economic transformation.
