【摘要】：協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是高等教育改革的風(fēng)向標(biāo),指引著高等院校辦學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型。在國家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)、自身轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、校企合作深化提升、學(xué)生可持續(xù)發(fā)展等多種需求之下,高職院校要以人才培養(yǎng)為切入點(diǎn),通過抓準(zhǔn)問題、理清內(nèi)涵、重塑體制機(jī)制、構(gòu)建組織平臺(tái)等方式突破現(xiàn)實(shí)障礙,實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院校的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation is the vane of the reform of higher education, which guides the transformation of the mode of running a university. Under the needs of adjusting and upgrading the national industrial structure, transforming and developing itself, deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the sustainable development of students, higher vocational colleges should take talent training as the starting point, clear up the connotation through grasping the right problems, and reshape the system and mechanism. Construction of organizational platform and other ways to break through the practical obstacles to achieve collaborative innovation in higher vocational colleges.
