高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)觀是高職學(xué)生在總結(jié)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上形成的,是關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)本質(zhì)、知識(shí)本質(zhì)、學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)能力以及實(shí)踐技能等方面的基本觀點(diǎn)和看法。隨著學(xué)生知識(shí)水平及認(rèn)知水平的提高,學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的增加,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)觀不可能是一成不變的,而是不斷發(fā)展變化的。學(xué)習(xí)觀的研究不僅與高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)密切相關(guān),學(xué)習(xí)觀的正確與否將直接影響高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、認(rèn)知過(guò)程、學(xué)習(xí)行為、自我調(diào)節(jié)和學(xué)習(xí)效果,而且也關(guān)系到我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而影響到國(guó)家高級(jí)應(yīng)用型和工藝型人才的質(zhì)量。因此,培養(yǎng)高職學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)習(xí)觀是當(dāng)前高等職業(yè)教育亟待解決的重要問(wèn)題之一。 高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀現(xiàn)狀研究中,通過(guò)對(duì)五所高職院校的460名學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查,并以此調(diào)查為依據(jù),從整體層面具體分析當(dāng)代高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)面貌有了更深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。通過(guò)對(duì)高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)本質(zhì)、知識(shí)本質(zhì)、學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)能力及實(shí)踐技能七個(gè)維度的縱向分析,探索出高職學(xué)生從大一到大三學(xué)習(xí)觀變化發(fā)展的規(guī)律性與差異性,進(jìn)而把握高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。 高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀的形成和發(fā)展是教育和文化背景、個(gè)體學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)共同作用的結(jié)果,不僅受知識(shí)和實(shí)訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、心理因素等內(nèi)部因素的制約,,也受個(gè)體所處的社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭等環(huán)境因素的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀的培養(yǎng)對(duì)策,主要從四個(gè)方面入手,即培養(yǎng)高職學(xué)生形成正確的學(xué)習(xí)觀,優(yōu)化高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀培養(yǎng)的社會(huì)環(huán)境,探索高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀培養(yǎng)的學(xué)校環(huán)境,改善高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)觀培養(yǎng)的家庭環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The learning view of higher vocational students is formed on the basis of summing up their learning experience. It is about the essence of learning, the essence of knowledge, the purpose of learning, the content of study, the method of learning, the attitude of learning. Basic viewpoints and views on learning ability and practical skills. With the improvement of students' level of knowledge and cognition and the increase of their learning experience, students' view of learning can not be fixed, but is constantly developing and changing. The study of learning view is not only closely related to the study of higher vocational students, but also directly affects the learning motivation, cognitive process, learning behavior, self-regulation and learning effect of higher vocational students. Moreover, it also relates to the quality of talents training in higher vocational education in China, and then affects the quality of national advanced applied and craft talents. Therefore, it is an important problem for higher vocational education to set up a correct view of learning. In the study of the present situation of students' view of learning in higher vocational colleges, through the sampling survey of 460 students in five higher vocational colleges, and on the basis of the investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the learning view of contemporary vocational students from the overall level. We have a deeper understanding of the learning outlook of higher vocational students. Through the longitudinal analysis of seven dimensions of learning essence, knowledge essence, learning purpose, learning method, learning attitude, learning ability and practical skills of higher vocational college students, This paper explores the regularity and difference of the change and development of higher vocational students' view of learning from freshman to junior, and then grasps the trend of the development of higher vocational students' view of learning. The formation and development of higher vocational students' view of learning is the result of the joint action of educational and cultural background and individual learning activities. It is not only restricted by internal factors, such as knowledge and practical experience, psychological factors, etc., but also by the society and school in which the individual lives. The influence of environmental factors such as family. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the training countermeasures of the students' learning view in higher vocational education, mainly from four aspects, that is, to train the students in higher vocational education to form the correct learning view, and to optimize the social environment for the cultivation of the students' learning view in higher vocational education. To explore the school environment and improve the family environment of higher vocational students' view of learning.
