【摘要】：學(xué)生社團(tuán)是目前校園的重要組成部分，是一種區(qū)別于班級(jí)的跨年級(jí)、跨專(zhuān)業(yè)的特殊組織。參加社團(tuán)活動(dòng)，，對(duì)中職學(xué)校學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)不僅是一種豐富學(xué)習(xí)生活的樂(lè)趣，更是一種發(fā)展特長(zhǎng)、操練技能、加強(qiáng)溝通、增長(zhǎng)見(jiàn)識(shí)、增強(qiáng)人際交往能力的綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。設(shè)計(jì)好社團(tuán)的教育機(jī)制，組織好社團(tuán)的特色活動(dòng)，使其在中職學(xué)校發(fā)揮更大的教育功效，促進(jìn)中職學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的全面提高，具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要分析了中職學(xué)校學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題，建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀主要從社團(tuán)狀況、社團(tuán)成員概況、學(xué)生對(duì)所參與社團(tuán)的認(rèn)識(shí)、學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展頻率與參與度、社團(tuán)管理狀況等幾個(gè)方面分析，存在問(wèn)題主要從數(shù)量方面、內(nèi)容方面、目標(biāo)定位方面、運(yùn)行機(jī)制方面、政策扶持方面等幾個(gè)方面分析。文章對(duì)如何完善中職學(xué)校學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了深入探討和研究。提出了包括優(yōu)化學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)外部環(huán)境、強(qiáng)化學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)內(nèi)部要素等方面的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Student association is an important part of the campus at present. It is a special cross-grade and cross-specialty organization which is different from the class. Taking part in community activities is not only a kind of fun to enrich study and life, but also a kind of comprehensive practical activity to develop special ability, practice skills, strengthen communication, increase knowledge and enhance interpersonal ability. It is of great practical significance to design the educational mechanism of the association, organize the characteristic activities of the association, make it play a greater educational effect in the secondary vocational school, and promote the all-round improvement of the vocational ability of the students in the secondary vocational school. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of students' association construction in secondary vocational schools. The construction status is mainly from the status of community, the general situation of community members, the students' understanding of participating associations, the frequency and participation of students' community activities. The existing problems are analyzed from the aspects of quantity, content, target orientation, operation mechanism, policy support and so on. This paper probes into how to improve the construction of student associations in secondary vocational schools. Some suggestions are put forward, including optimizing the external environment of student association construction and strengthening the internal elements of student association construction.
