【摘要】：產(chǎn)教融合是職業(yè)教育部門與產(chǎn)業(yè)部門聯(lián)合采取的一項重要舉措,對于職業(yè)教育和產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的發(fā)展具有重要價值。產(chǎn)教融合不僅豐富了產(chǎn)教關(guān)系內(nèi)涵,尊重了職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,為職業(yè)教育治理體系的建立提供了思路,也為多元辦學(xué)主體提供了合理依據(jù)。但受內(nèi)外部支持體系欠缺及其他相關(guān)因素的影響,產(chǎn)教融合活動并沒有產(chǎn)出預(yù)期價值成果,有必要構(gòu)建和完善產(chǎn)教融合的內(nèi)外部支持體系,引導(dǎo)參與主體不斷加強(qiáng)自身素質(zhì)建設(shè),為產(chǎn)教融合工作的開展提供良好環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education is an important measure taken jointly by vocational education department and industry department, which is of great value to the development of vocational education and industry department. The integration of industry and education not only enriches the connotation of the relationship between industry and education, respects the basic law of the development of vocational education, but also provides the train of thought for the establishment of the management system of vocational education, and provides a reasonable basis for the pluralistic main body of running a school. However, due to the lack of internal and external support system and other related factors, the integration of industry and education does not produce the expected value results, so it is necessary to build and improve the internal and external support system of the integration of industry and education. Guide the participants to strengthen their own quality construction and provide a good environment for the integration of industry and education.
