【摘要】：教師專業(yè)發(fā)展學(xué)校(PDS)是20世紀(jì)80年代中期,以中小學(xué)為基地,大學(xué)和中小學(xué)共同合作研究解決教育教學(xué)問題,從事教師教育,促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的學(xué)校,也是一種新型的教師培養(yǎng)模式。汕頭職院學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)借鑒該模式,開展了"學(xué)前教師人才培養(yǎng)模式的探索與實(shí)踐——基于建立教師專業(yè)發(fā)展學(xué)校平臺(tái)"省級教改項(xiàng)目的研究,并提出了實(shí)施基于建立PDS的學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的五個(gè)方面的路徑。
[Abstract]:(PDS), a school of teacher professional development, is a school with primary and secondary schools as its base. Universities and primary and secondary schools work together to solve problems in education and teaching, engage in teacher education, and promote teachers' professional development. Is also a new type of teacher training model. Using this model for reference, Shantou Vocational College has carried out the exploration and practice of "pre-school teacher talent training model", which is based on the establishment of teacher professional development school platform "provincial educational reform project." The paper also puts forward five ways to carry out the training mode of preschool education talents based on the establishment of PDS.
