校企合作下會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系指出,要以產(chǎn)教融合發(fā)展為高校發(fā)展的主線,建立各級(jí)政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)、學(xué)校和社會(huì)各方面共同參與的制度創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),為現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)提供制度保障。以此為契機(jī),以廣州工程技術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)為例,探討了搭建校企協(xié)同育人平臺(tái),建立校企聯(lián)合育人的發(fā)展模式,并充分利用多方資源,改善當(dāng)前地方高校會(huì)計(jì)人才培養(yǎng)模式中存在的一些問(wèn)題,為會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)提供理論指導(dǎo)和路徑選擇,達(dá)到校企一體化培養(yǎng)人才的共贏局面。
[Abstract]:The modern vocational education system points out that the integration of industry and education should be the main line of the development of colleges and universities, and a system innovation platform should be established for the participation of governments, industries, enterprises, schools and society at all levels. To provide system guarantee for the construction of modern vocational education system. Taking this as an opportunity, taking the accounting specialty of Guangzhou Institute of Engineering and Technology as an example, this paper discusses how to set up a cooperative education platform for schools and enterprises, establish a development model of joint education between schools and enterprises, and make full use of various resources. In order to improve some problems existing in the current training mode of accounting talents in local colleges and universities, this paper provides theoretical guidance and path selection for the training of accounting professionals, so as to achieve the win-win situation of unifying universities and enterprises to train talents.
