【摘要】：高職院校的辦學(xué)定位不同于一般本科院校,主要是為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型的技術(shù)人才。因此,了解社會(huì)需求,收集企業(yè)對(duì)高職院校畢業(yè)生的評(píng)價(jià),是高職院校辦學(xué)與社會(huì)接軌的有效途徑。文章通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,收集企業(yè)對(duì)高職院校畢業(yè)生的評(píng)價(jià),找出高職院校在辦學(xué)質(zhì)量方面存在的問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)從創(chuàng)新能力、實(shí)踐能力、挫折承受能力等方面進(jìn)行分析,提出提升高職院校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的對(duì)策,包括注重創(chuàng)新思維培養(yǎng)、加大實(shí)踐課程比例、加強(qiáng)心理疏導(dǎo)等。
[Abstract]:The orientation of higher vocational colleges is different from that of ordinary undergraduate colleges, and it is mainly to train applied technical talents for the society. Therefore, it is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to understand the social needs and collect the evaluation of the graduates of higher vocational colleges. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper collects the evaluation of the graduates of higher vocational colleges, finds out the problems existing in the quality of higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the problems from the aspects of innovation ability, practical ability, frustration bearing ability and so on. The countermeasures to improve the quality of higher vocational colleges are put forward, including paying attention to the cultivation of innovative thinking, increasing the proportion of practical courses and strengthening psychological guidance.
