價(jià)值轉(zhuǎn)向與制度變革:2030中國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展軟環(huán)境研究

【摘要】:正李政在《現(xiàn)代教育管理》2017年第5期中撰文,探究了職業(yè)教育軟環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)與要素,分析了職業(yè)教育軟環(huán)境建設(shè)的困境及其原因,提出了面向2030職業(yè)教育軟環(huán)境建設(shè)的對策建議。聯(lián)合國教科文組織發(fā)布的《教育2030行動(dòng)框架》表明,職業(yè)教育在未來將強(qiáng)化"促進(jìn)教育平等"與"助力全人發(fā)展"角色,并根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革規(guī)律,創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)方式。面向2013年,我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展硬環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)變革引發(fā)了對軟環(huán)境的重新思考。
[Abstract]:Writing in the fifth term of Modern Education Management in 2017, Zheng Li Zheng probed into the connotation, structure and elements of soft environment of vocational education, and analyzed the predicament and reasons of the construction of soft environment of vocational education. The countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of soft environment in 2030 vocational education are put forward. The Framework for Action on Education 2030 issued by UNESCO shows that vocational education will strengthen the role of "promoting equality in education" and "promoting human development" in the future, and according to the laws of economic development and industrial change, To innovate the training way of vocational education talents. Facing to 2013, the systematic change of hard environment of vocational education development in our country has caused a reconsideration of soft environment.
