“職業(yè)人”視角下高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:隨著高等教育大眾化的深入,高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展引起了人們的重視。和普通高等教育相比,高等職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)等領(lǐng)域的高級應(yīng)用型、技能型人才。這就要求高職院校要重視實(shí)踐教學(xué),加大學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)力度,促使學(xué)生能夠順利地從“學(xué)校人”向“職業(yè)人”轉(zhuǎn)變,提高學(xué)生們的就業(yè)能力。將學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成“職業(yè)人”是高職教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的深層次理解,然而,目前很多高職院校的實(shí)踐教學(xué)還存在很多問題,這些問題的存在在一定程度上阻礙了“職業(yè)人”培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。筆者以“高職院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀”為主題,對幾所高職院校進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查與訪談,通過對調(diào)查資料的分析,總結(jié)出了目前高職院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)中存在的問題,并簡單地分析了相關(guān)的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了有利于“職業(yè)人”培養(yǎng)的高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的優(yōu)化策略。 本文共分為四部分。第一部分主要闡述了問題的提出、研究意義,并對該問題的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析;第二部分概括了“職業(yè)人”的基本內(nèi)涵,分析了“職業(yè)人”的培養(yǎng)和高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的關(guān)系以及“職業(yè)人”視角下高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)的基本特征;第三部分根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,總結(jié)出了高職院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)中存在的幾個(gè)主要的問題,并對相關(guān)原因進(jìn)行了分析;第四部分從高職實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)的確立、實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容的豐富性、實(shí)踐教學(xué)方法的改革、實(shí)踐教學(xué)考核的調(diào)整、實(shí)踐教學(xué)保障條件的完善等方面提出了優(yōu)化策略,以促進(jìn)“職業(yè)人”的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education, the development of higher vocational education has aroused people's attention. Compared with ordinary higher education, the goal of higher vocational education is to train advanced applied and skilled talents in the fields of production, construction, management, service and so on. This requires higher vocational colleges to attach importance to practical teaching, to increase the training of students' comprehensive vocational ability, to promote the students to change smoothly from "school people" to "professional people", and to improve the students' employability. Training students to become "professional people" is a deep understanding of the goal of higher vocational education. However, at present, there are still many problems in practical teaching in many higher vocational colleges. To some extent, these problems hinder the realization of the goal of "professional person" training. Based on the theme of "the present situation of practical Teaching in higher Vocational Colleges", the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on several vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the survey data, the author summarized the problems existing in the practical teaching of vocational colleges at present. On the basis of the analysis of the relevant reasons, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of practical teaching in higher vocational education which is beneficial to the cultivation of "professional person". This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly elaborated the question raised, the research significance, and has carried on the analysis to this question research present situation; The second part summarizes the basic connotation of "professional person", analyzes the relationship between the cultivation of "professional person" and practical teaching in higher vocational education and the basic characteristics of practical teaching in higher vocational education from the perspective of "professional person". The third part, according to the investigation results, summarizes the main problems in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the related reasons; The fourth part puts forward the optimization strategies from the aspects of the establishment of practical teaching objectives, the richness of practical teaching contents, the reform of practical teaching methods, the adjustment of practical teaching assessment, the improvement of practical teaching guarantee conditions, etc. In order to promote the "professional" training.
