工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式在技工學(xué)校的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:2012年全國(guó)中職教育工學(xué)結(jié)合工作會(huì)議中明確提出了當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展最根本的目標(biāo)和關(guān)鍵在于堅(jiān)持“以服務(wù)為宗旨、以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向”,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,扎實(shí)推進(jìn)“工學(xué)結(jié)合、校企合作、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)”,注重內(nèi)涵發(fā)展。職業(yè)教育應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變自身的發(fā)展方式,按照其特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律進(jìn)行科學(xué)謀劃。堅(jiān)持“政府主導(dǎo)、行業(yè)指導(dǎo)、企業(yè)參與”和“產(chǎn)教結(jié)合、校企合作”。同時(shí),職業(yè)教育應(yīng)加快培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能型人才,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的針對(duì)性和有效性,為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展“三個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變”提供強(qiáng)有力的人才支持。 如何推進(jìn)工學(xué)結(jié)合,探索適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的具有中國(guó)特色的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展之路,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的突出問(wèn)題,是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育改革的重要方向。 通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)家在宏觀層面工學(xué)結(jié)合方向的研究及微觀下某技工學(xué)校數(shù)控加工技術(shù)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)模式的建構(gòu),從理論層面對(duì)職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)方向、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行科學(xué)定位。通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念,進(jìn)行政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生四位一體的資源整合,不斷豐富和完善職業(yè)教育理論體系。進(jìn)行切實(shí)可行的提高學(xué)生的理論、實(shí)踐、社會(huì)道德及職業(yè)素養(yǎng)能力培養(yǎng),為探索新形勢(shì)下教育教學(xué)改革,,實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),進(jìn)一步滿足企業(yè)用人要求,使學(xué)生的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和職業(yè)能力更好的結(jié)合,從而提高學(xué)生整體綜合素質(zhì)以及就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要價(jià)值。 工學(xué)結(jié)合一體化人才培養(yǎng)模式是數(shù)控加工技術(shù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要方式。本文以數(shù)控加工技術(shù)專業(yè)為案例,圍繞當(dāng)代高技能人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),構(gòu)建以緊密校企對(duì)接為特色的工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)控加工技術(shù)專業(yè)人才一體化培養(yǎng)實(shí)施流程。該設(shè)計(jì)得到了實(shí)際運(yùn)用和驗(yàn)證,具有一定的示范推廣意義。 同時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)變教師教學(xué)手段,通過(guò)行之有效的理論指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,有助于全面提升教師的職業(yè)能力、崗位能力及社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,使學(xué)校永葆青春。
[Abstract]:In the 2012 National Conference on the combination of work and Learning in Secondary Vocational Education, it was clearly pointed out that the most fundamental goal and key of the current vocational education reform and development is to adhere to the "service as the purpose, employment-oriented", and to innovate the talent training model. Firmly promote the "combination of work and learning, school-enterprise cooperation, post practice", pay attention to the development of connotation. Vocational education should change its own development mode and plan scientifically according to its characteristics and laws. Adhere to the "government-led, industry guidance, enterprise participation" and "industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation." At the same time, vocational education should speed up the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents, further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of serving the economic and social development, and provide strong talent support for the realization of the "three transformations" of economic development. How to promote the combination of work and study and to explore the development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics, which adapts to the development of economy and society, has become a prominent problem in the reform and development of vocational education in China, and is an important direction of the reform of vocational education in China. Through the research on the direction of the combination of work and learning at the macro level and the construction of the training mode of NC processing technology specialty in a technical school under the micro level, the training direction and the training goal of the students in the vocational college are scientifically positioned from the theoretical level. By changing the educational concept and integrating the resources of government, enterprise, school and student, we can enrich and perfect the theory system of vocational education. In order to explore the education and teaching reform under the new situation, to realize the goal of training talents in vocational education, and to further meet the requirements of employing personnel in enterprises, we should improve students' theory, practice, social morality and professional literacy ability. It is of great value to combine students' professional learning and professional ability, to improve the students' overall quality and the competitive strength of employment, and to improve the quality of talent training. The integration of engineering and learning is an important way to train talents in NC machining technology. This paper takes the NC processing technology as a case study, constructs the training mode of the combination of engineering and learning with the characteristics of close school and enterprise docking, and designs the implementation process of the integrated cultivation of talents of NC machining technology. The design has been applied and verified in practice and has a certain significance of demonstration and popularization. At the same time, it is helpful to improve teachers' professional ability, post ability and social adaptation ability by changing the teaching means and carrying out practice through effective theoretical guidance, so that the school can remain young forever.
