職教名師工作室建設(shè)面臨的問題與改進策略

【摘要】：職教名師工作室在教師培養(yǎng)、教學(xué)科研方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,但其具體運行還存在整體功能定位缺乏頂層設(shè)計規(guī)劃,缺乏科學(xué)的評估手段和靈活的評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),主持人選拔缺乏科學(xué)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),后期培訓(xùn)缺乏針對性,以及工作室成員選拔程序、選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不夠科學(xué)規(guī)范,政策制定不夠明確、落實不夠到位等問題,需要做好頂層設(shè)計,做好督導(dǎo)評價,建立科學(xué)的主持人和成員選拔程序、標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使職教名師工作室在促進教學(xué)質(zhì)量提升、服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮更大的作用。
[Abstract]:The workshop has played an important role in teacher training, teaching and scientific research, but there is still a lack of top-level design plan, scientific evaluation means and flexible evaluation criteria for its specific operation, the overall functional orientation, the lack of top-level design planning, the lack of scientific evaluation methods and the lack of flexible evaluation standards. The lack of scientific evaluation standards in the selection of moderators, the lack of pertinence in later training, the selection procedures for studio members, the lack of scientific and normative selection standards, the lack of clarity in the formulation of policies and the inadequate implementation of such problems require the top level design to be done well. In order to improve the teaching quality and serve the development of local economy, we should do a good job of supervision and evaluation, establish a scientific selection procedure for moderators and members, and set up standards to make the workshop of famous teachers of vocational education play a greater role in promoting the quality of teaching and serving the local economic development.
