【摘要】：積極鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)力量參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué),推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育體制機(jī)制改革與創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)作為國(guó)家推動(dòng)教育改革的重要抓手,也成為我國(guó)積極應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)運(yùn)行"三期疊加"情況的重要手段,通過(guò)職業(yè)教育改革可以不斷為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域培養(yǎng)適合的高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能型人才。鑒于此,文章首先分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育混合所有制辦學(xué)的基本模式和樣態(tài),在此基礎(chǔ)上探究當(dāng)前職業(yè)院�；旌纤兄浦卫淼默F(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,最后從治理架構(gòu)和校企發(fā)展共同體構(gòu)建角度提出與之相適應(yīng)的治理結(jié)構(gòu)和策略,以期為我國(guó)職業(yè)教育多元主體混合所有制辦學(xué)的順利推進(jìn)提供相應(yīng)的理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Actively encouraging social forces to participate in running vocational education, promoting the reform and innovation of the vocational education system and mechanism has become an important part of the national education reform. It has also become an important means for our country to actively deal with the situation of "three phases superposition" of economic and social operation. Through the reform of vocational education, we can continuously cultivate suitable high-quality technical talents for various fields of economic and social development. In view of this, the article first analyzes the basic mode and pattern of mixed ownership of vocational education in our country, and on this basis probes into the present situation and existing problems of mixed ownership governance in vocational colleges and universities. Finally, from the perspective of governance structure and the construction of school and enterprise development community, this paper puts forward the corresponding governance structure and strategy, in order to provide the corresponding theoretical support for the smooth promotion of multi-subject mixed ownership system of vocational education in our country.
