臺灣技職高校學生“五化”職涯輔導體系的構建及其啟示——以臺灣龍華科技大學為研究范例

【摘要】:2014年2月26日,國務院召開常務會議,部署加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育,明確提出要"引導一批地方本科院校向應用技術型高校轉(zhuǎn)型"。從探究學生職涯輔導體系著手,構建與應用技術型高校相適應的學生職涯輔導體系,是當前技職高校持續(xù)發(fā)展面對的一個重要課題。臺灣技職高校的學生職涯輔導體系呈現(xiàn)出科學化、數(shù)字化、人本化、全程化和社會化等"五化"特征,這給大陸職業(yè)教育構建學生職涯輔導體系帶來的啟示是:有學科理論知識背景支撐、數(shù)字化服務、輔導與考核、關注學生的個性化發(fā)展、貫穿到學生整個教學和教育活動中、緊跟社會發(fā)展需求。
[Abstract]:On February 26, 2014, the State Council held an executive meeting to speed up the development of modern vocational education and put forward clearly the need to "guide a number of local colleges and universities to transform into applied technology colleges and universities". It is an important subject for the continuing development of technical and vocational colleges to construct a student career guidance system suitable for the application of technical colleges and universities from the perspective of student career guidance system. The student career guidance system in Taiwan's technical and vocational colleges has the characteristics of scientific, digital, people-oriented, whole-process and socialized, etc. The enlightenment to the vocational education in mainland China to construct the career guidance system of students is as follows: supported by the background of academic knowledge, digital service, counseling and assessment, paying attention to the individual development of students, running through the whole teaching and educational activities of students. Keep up with the needs of social development.
