【摘要】：新疆少數(shù)民族學(xué)生進(jìn)入內(nèi)地學(xué)習(xí)面臨文化適應(yīng)問題,運(yùn)用文化適應(yīng)量表對在寧波職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院就讀的新疆學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查與分析發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生總體的適應(yīng)度比較高,但存在一些問題。為使新疆學(xué)生更好地融入內(nèi)地高校生活,提高文化適應(yīng)度,應(yīng)建立由雙向適應(yīng)、民漢共助、雙業(yè)提升構(gòu)成的幫扶機(jī)制。通過提高內(nèi)地漢族學(xué)生了解與適應(yīng)新疆學(xué)生的生活,增強(qiáng)新疆學(xué)生的文化融入度;通過漢民學(xué)生共同幫助,使新疆男性學(xué)生盡快適應(yīng)內(nèi)地生活;通過新疆學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)雙提升,提高其文化適應(yīng)能力。
[Abstract]:Ethnic minority students in Xinjiang face the problem of cultural adaptation when they enter the mainland. The questionnaire survey and analysis of Xinjiang students studying in Ningbo Vocational and Technical College show that the overall adaptability of the students is relatively high. But there are some problems. In order to make Xinjiang students better integrate into the life of inland colleges and universities and improve the degree of cultural adaptation, we should establish a helping mechanism consisting of two-way adaptation, mutual help from the people and Han people, and promotion of both industries. By improving the understanding and adaptation of the Han students in the hinterland to the life of the students in Xinjiang and enhancing the cultural integration of the students in Xinjiang, the male students in Xinjiang can adapt to the life in the hinterland as soon as possible through the help of the students from the Han nationality. Through the double promotion of Xinjiang students' academic entrepreneurship, improve their ability of cultural adaptation.
