【摘要】："雙導師"師資隊伍建設是推動現(xiàn)代學徒制有效發(fā)展、提高職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量的重要因素。目前,高職院校師資隊伍存在的問題與現(xiàn)實困境阻礙了"雙導師"師資隊伍建設。在詮釋現(xiàn)代學徒制下"雙導師"內(nèi)涵的基礎上,借鑒發(fā)達國家職教師資培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗,從政府、學校、企業(yè)三個層面構建"雙導師"的培育、選拔、保障機制,有利于吸收更多、更優(yōu)秀的人才投身于職教事業(yè),促進人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:The construction of double tutors is an important factor to promote the effective development of modern apprenticeship system and to improve the quality of vocational education. At present, the problems and practical difficulties of teachers in higher vocational colleges hinder the construction of double tutors. On the basis of explaining the connotation of "double tutors" under the modern apprenticeship system, drawing lessons from the experience of vocational education teachers training in developed countries, and constructing the cultivation, selection and guarantee mechanism of "double tutors" from three levels of government, school and enterprise, it is beneficial to absorb more. More outstanding talents devote themselves to vocational education, and promote the quality of talent training.
