【摘要】：天津自貿(mào)區(qū)的快速發(fā)展離不開(kāi)大量高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才的支撐,這對(duì)天津高職教育的發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō),既是機(jī)遇,也是挑戰(zhàn)。文章首先對(duì)"自由貿(mào)易區(qū)"和"現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)"的概念進(jìn)行了界定,然后論述了自貿(mào)區(qū)給天津現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)帶來(lái)的影響,最后提出了構(gòu)建面向自貿(mào)區(qū)的天津高職現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系:及時(shí)調(diào)整辦學(xué)思路;明確人才培養(yǎng)定位;創(chuàng)新課程體系;深化校企合作;加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);拓寬職業(yè)教育學(xué)歷提升路徑。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Tianjin Free Trade area can not be separated from the support of a large number of high-quality technical talents, which is both an opportunity and a challenge to the development of higher vocational education in Tianjin. This paper first defines the concepts of "free trade area" and "modern service industry", and then discusses the impact of free trade zone on Tianjin modern service industry. Finally, the author puts forward the construction of modern service personnel training system in Tianjin higher vocational colleges, which is oriented to the free trade area: adjust the train of thought of running a school in time; To clarify the orientation of talent training; to innovate the curriculum system; to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises; to strengthen the construction of teachers; to broaden the path of upgrading vocational education qualifications.
