【摘要】：高職院校開(kāi)展校企合作,既是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能型人才的必要途徑,也是高職教育順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。校企合作的效能高低和成功與否,很大程度上取決于對(duì)合作伙伴的選擇。高職院校應(yīng)秉持目標(biāo)協(xié)同、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、互利共贏、文化耦合等正確的合作伙伴選擇原則,注意發(fā)掘合作企業(yè)的真實(shí)需求,把握能力匹配、相互兼容、合作承諾、知識(shí)共享等選擇合作伙伴的關(guān)鍵要素,從強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)作用機(jī)制、增強(qiáng)合作內(nèi)生動(dòng)力等方面構(gòu)建校企合作伙伴關(guān)系穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的保障機(jī)制,提升校企合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展能力,促進(jìn)校企深度融合發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges is not only the necessary way to cultivate high quality technical talents, but also the inevitable result of higher vocational education adapting to the development of the times. The effectiveness and success of school-enterprise cooperation depend largely on the choice of partners. Higher vocational colleges should adhere to the correct principles of partner selection, such as goal synergy, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and cultural coupling, pay attention to exploring the real needs of the cooperative enterprises, grasp the ability matching, mutual compatibility, cooperation commitment, etc. Knowledge sharing and other key elements of selecting partners, from the aspects of strengthening the market mechanism, strengthening the endogenous power of cooperation, and so on, build up the guarantee mechanism for the stable operation of the cooperative partnership between the school and enterprise, and enhance the dynamic development ability of the cooperation network of the school and enterprise. To promote the development of deep integration of schools and enterprises.
