職業(yè)院校學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育是指各級(jí)各類(lèi)學(xué)校通過(guò)有目的、有計(jì)劃的組織各種各樣的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃活動(dòng)或課程幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自己,確定職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃和目標(biāo),有目的的提升學(xué)生的職業(yè)技能和素養(yǎng),并將計(jì)劃付諸實(shí)施以實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的一種教育活動(dòng)。它對(duì)個(gè)體完善自身,提升能力,增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,幫助學(xué)生就業(yè)具有重要作用。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育在國(guó)外起步較早,發(fā)展程度較高,而國(guó)內(nèi)則是在高等教育大眾化,高校招生機(jī)制和社會(huì)用人機(jī)制發(fā)生變化以后,出現(xiàn)“就業(yè)難”的社會(huì)大問(wèn)題之后才日漸受到人們的重視的。為了保證職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的順利進(jìn)行,國(guó)家出臺(tái)多項(xiàng)政策要求各級(jí)各類(lèi)學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,并明確要求將職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育列為學(xué)校必修課,但是由于我國(guó)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育開(kāi)始較晚,并且存在認(rèn)識(shí)不清以及教育目的過(guò)于功利性等致使我國(guó)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育在發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了諸多問(wèn)題。為了探究這些問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的深層次原因,尋找解決方法,促進(jìn)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育更快更好發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮其在學(xué)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中的重要作用,本研究擬從個(gè)案出發(fā),運(yùn)用訪(fǎng)談法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法對(duì)個(gè)案學(xué)校的具體教育情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的了解,用實(shí)例分析問(wèn)題,尋找影響個(gè)案學(xué)校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育發(fā)展的原因,并針對(duì)學(xué)校在開(kāi)展職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的建議,希望能為我國(guó)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的健康發(fā)展提供更有益的借鑒,同時(shí)也希望能為職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育理論的發(fā)展添磚加瓦。 本研究主要包括以下幾部分的內(nèi)容: 第一章:緒論。本文在緒論部分主要介紹了選題的緣由以及研究的意義等。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃對(duì)個(gè)體的職業(yè)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,這一點(diǎn)已經(jīng)得到了人們的重視,但是在實(shí)際教育過(guò)程中,卻依然存在著種種問(wèn)題。在研究大量文獻(xiàn)以及筆者的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷的基礎(chǔ)上,本文選取了西安某職業(yè)學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象,采用訪(fǎng)談法與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法相結(jié)合的方法全面調(diào)查了學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)概況,并在整理文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上確定研究思路和過(guò)程。并通過(guò)對(duì)概念的界定,厘清了職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的內(nèi)涵。 第二章:職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育理論及其意義。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育實(shí)踐的進(jìn)行離不開(kāi)理論的指導(dǎo),因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育理論的研究,保證職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育實(shí)踐的科學(xué)性就顯得尤為重要。本章內(nèi)容主要介紹了目前比較重要的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育理論及進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的意義,在理論分析部分則主要介紹了職業(yè)行為的發(fā)展理論和生涯規(guī)劃的社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)理論。而教育的意義主要是從進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育可以提高學(xué)生的能力,促進(jìn)學(xué)生就業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)以及有利于學(xué)生長(zhǎng)久的職業(yè)發(fā)展方面進(jìn)行分析。 第三章:個(gè)案學(xué)校學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育狀況及分析。本章內(nèi)容首先從整體上介紹了西安某職業(yè)學(xué)院及其進(jìn)行的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的基本情況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從教育的目標(biāo)和地位,師資建設(shè),實(shí)施情況等方面詳細(xì)的介紹了學(xué)校的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,并根據(jù)調(diào)查內(nèi)容,對(duì)學(xué)校的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育主要存在以下問(wèn)題:學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及師生嚴(yán)重忽視職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,教育目標(biāo)不明確,教育目的過(guò)于功利化;師資力量薄弱,缺乏必要的師資培訓(xùn)機(jī)制;在教育實(shí)施過(guò)程中,教育方法單一,教學(xué)手段落后;所用教材難以滿(mǎn)足教育發(fā)展的需要,缺乏必要的社會(huì)支持等,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重的影響的學(xué)校的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的效果。 第四章:加強(qiáng)學(xué)校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的建議。對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析研究的主要目的在于針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題尋找解決的途徑和方法,本章內(nèi)容則針對(duì)學(xué)校在教育過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案,主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)重視職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育在學(xué)生全面發(fā)展中的重要作用,明確職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的目標(biāo),樹(shù)立正確的教育觀;(2)建立必要的師資培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)對(duì)教師的培訓(xùn),提高師資水平;(3)加強(qiáng)教材建設(shè),開(kāi)發(fā)使用地方課程和校本課程;(4)改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法,建立完善的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,提高教育實(shí)效;(5)建立完善的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)提供多種渠道。
